Kyron Horman, 7 years old PORTLAND, OR #30 9/21/10 - 9/27/10

Good Morning Monkeys!  It is Saturday, Sept 25th, where did the summer go? It has been almost four months since our little angel disappeared.  I can't believe it has been that long. I cannot even imagine how his parents are feeling at this point. So full of despair and heartbreak.

I keep trying to come up with questions to ask Flymonkey but everything would be just hearsay on her part. Once or twice over at least. She herself does not know Kyron, Kaine, or Desiree. Dede hasn't been to their property that often and until recently didn't seem to have a lot of contact with TH.  Now once again no contact supposedly. I have to assume that any info Dede could provide regarding Kyron's travels between the two households would be what TH told her and who knows how much of that was true.

I will be following along to see what tidbits she can throw out to everyone today.

I keep checking on the local news stations to see if there is anything new. I will go do that now once again. Hoping to see the breaking news: Kyron Horman Found Alive and returned to his loving parents.  I haven't been able to find that banner or any new stories this morning.

Just wondering, has anyone ever run across the name of Kyron's physician ?
Or that it was ever " truthfully" stated that Kyron had a doctor's appointment?

I would think that Kaine or even Desiree would be mailed Kyron's insurance or doctor bill's .. Or even a call to the house .. " We are confirming Kyron's Appointment" ..something.
One of them would have knowledge of Kyron's health records. Because Terri has no " power" so to say within that part of Kyron's life. She may have been able to take him, to and from.. but she would not have the legal aspect under her name. His insurance etc ..would be under Kaine's Name or even Desiree if she had a better plan or paid for his insurance First, with Kaine 2nd ..or the other way around ..
Even an EOB would come to the house if it was not covered ( explanation of benefits)
 
I just read tonight that Blue Cross Blue Shield Oregon has dropped Single Children/Children from their coverage due to Obama's health care reform.  What the heck ? Waiting on whats going to happen with my own coverage.. that I can barely afford as it goes UP and UP every few months ..

I have not read any confirmation about the "so called" doctor or any appointments.
IMO, Terri's stories about "seizure episodes", doctor appointments, etc. are just that...STORIES! Neither Kaine or Desiree have verified the information that I know of. Of course they may have been asked to not disclose certain info.
I'm sure LE has investigated and knows whether Terri's telling the truth or not about the doctor appointment. Unfortunately, we the public aren't going to know until Kyron is found, or at trial if there is one.

A: KAINE – THERE WAS SOME DISCUSSION ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT but it was unknown exactly when the appointment was scheduled so we cannot comment for certain.

Hi MK,  I have not asked her that specifically, but I can.  My guess would be that he wasn't at Terri's birthday party, so probably sometime in Fall 2009.  I will check with her.

Was Kyron with Desiree during the party?  Was James at the party?

Good question, but I agree to disagree on the dog story. Again, it shows a side of Dede that pertains  to her personality, hence, her possible involvement. It may seem small to you, but many of us can't fathom treating an animal like that, so it brings in to question how caring she truly is?  Such as how important was Kyron to her and to what extent she will go to help this case.

I will read what Flymonkey says, without attacking.  But I really want her to be able to shed some light on the case, not just DeDe.  So we will continue to ask pertinent questions and hope for the best.

No, not neccessarily small to me, I have a litter of 5 we found by a dumpster someone dumped off, full of mange, worms etc.  If someone didn't interviene, they would have died.  Animal control would have put them down.  They were in rough shape. 

They've been mange dipped, antibiotic treated, wormed, first puppy shots.  I now have 14 dogs, a 36yr old horse, 6 cats and a maccaw, so let's not go there.   

Sorry for quick O/T, but just getting back on from last night. Wow, you have your hands full!  Kudo's to you for the pups and I'm jealous over the maccaw!  I would LOVE to have one!

Now we are seeing an increase in the news of these "cells" of child pornographers being arrested in the state of Oregon.

Prior to this, the Gj suspended itself.

Anybody who posts at Blinks who may have a good relationship with PDXLocal, please try to get them to post here.  They seem to have alot of good info, living in the area and knowing some of the staff at Skyline, would be a great addition to our sleuthing!  Doesn't seem to have an agenda, just reports what they see and hear from such a close proximity.

As I live in one of the states mentioned in that stuff found by the Oregon LE, I can tell you in our state it is movies taken by parents of their children using webcams.  This is a huge problem with all of these webcams in the home and parents selling these porno movies .

A couple of years ago there was an LE on the Oprah show.  He tracks this stuff and he said the worst one he ever saw was of a baby with the umbilical cord part on the navel that had not fallen off yet.  Try to wrap your head around that one.  It's been in mine for 2 years now.

I don't get it either!  How many kids need to be raped/abuse/killed before somebody GET'S it!  These guys admit they cannot be rehabilitated.  I remember one case, where a serial child molester ASKED to be castrated, because he knew he could never stop the urge.  Yet, these sick pervs get such light sentences everywhere! Even with child advocates such as John Walsh, Mark Klaas and many others who have had a child's life ended over these sickos.   But judged just continue to let them go.  The laws HAVE to be changed!  I know I have signed several petitions for stiffer punishment, but nothing has changed.

I noticed that the pic of Kyron appears to be taken at an Italian restaurant, and the party was held at a Mexican restaurant.

They also appear to be wearing different clothing.

I'm thinking that DeDe's friend is correct and Kyron was not at the 40th Bday party.

I live in a state that has the option for civil commitment after they have served their sentence.  It is incredibly  expensive and it can't be maintained over time.  The costs have been projected into the future.

I think we need to look at what makes all of these pervs.  Where do they come from and how do we stop it?

Now with parents cashing in on this child pornography, it's even more bizarre.

Are they turning in their fellow pervs in order to get a lighter sentence?  Maybe that's how these child porn rings are discovered?  I suppose all LE needs is their computer to find out who their friends are.
