personally I think if they had concrete proof Kyron left with Terri, considering Kyron is missing, they would have arrested her. They do not need a body.

Totally agree.  LE doesn't require a body to prosecute a case.  What they need is concrete evidence that a particular person is responsible; i.e., picture of Terri with Kyron after 9:00 a.m. on June 4th, overhearing Terri admit she did something with Kyron or saying she wished she hadn't done so-and-so with Kyron or saying Kyron wouldn't be in trouble, if only....(you know the house was bugged by LE).  Something concrete pointing to guilt...they would arrest Terri in a heartbeat, even without finding Kyron.  As well they should!

I double dog agree!

I brought up Dave Stenson, the grounds keeper, before in several posts.  (I hear it now!  Oh NO! Not again!!)

>Stenson was not an employee of Skyline, he was an employee of the City of Portland.
(Questionable weither he was ever backround checked to the extent a school staffer should be)

>He changed his timeline.

>His statement was funky- he said it was a "normal day".  (How's it normal when they had all those friends and relatives present for the science fair??)

>He noticed that children were running around outside the building, allegedly coming outside from the south door.  Unsupervised.  (He hoped they wouldn't come down to the soccer field)

>Due to the weather, the grounds would have been mushy, and difficult to mow without damaging the yard.  (Which monkey discussed this with me?)

***Does someone have a picture of Skyline custodian room/red door outside the school facing the soccer field and one that shows where the south door is?

Thanks,
MK

Or, these doors, maybe?

Does any monkeys have knowledge of how LE cases work - we're hearing from Stanton that other investigations will be coming out of what they've uncovered in investigating Kyron going missing - if there are complex, inter-woven violations of the law (such as drugs, porn, trafficking, etc.) - would that complexity cause LE to put off making an arrest in the Kyron case "if" it jeopardized making arrest(s) in the larger complex?  TIA

Kyron was not at Terri's birthday celebration? Why? Did Terri know about the party or was it a surprise? That is strange...Not sure I would want my birthday party to exclude important members of my family nor would my husband or friends plan one when my kids were not going to be there.

This tells a story...
In my circle of friends,it is not at all unusual for a 40th birthday party to be planned and attended by adult friends. We don't know that a family celebration was not held later.

Just out of curiousity, WHO would benefit by Terri getting convicted for Kyron's disappearance?

Who?

Anyone else who took Kyron so that the focus is off them.

Landscaper to out of revenge (if he actually lost a wife and children because of his involvement with Terri coming to light)

Anyone who might be involved with Terri/Kaine in a drug deal gone bad - I would suspect money, like not being paid money (debt) or not getting what they perceived to be their fair share (or "take") of the money...PAYBACK.

Anyone at all who would want Terri out of the picture for whatever reason:  whichs makes me think of "money" or "revenge" or "payback".

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Terri leave at the time of the 2nd bell? If she did, it seems like Kyron would not have opportunity to wander outside.

Just my opinion, but I think this was either Terri H. gone crazy or a sexually motivated crime, with or without TH involved.

I don't remember where it is written, but Dede at one point made a statement that any insurance policy Terri would have recieved, would have gone directly to pay the bills as Terri and Kaine were in debt.

I believe this is why there is speculation about the funds that have been recieved for the search for Kyron.

The posts a couple of pages ago are a little confused.  I have to run, so I am being short with this and I don't mean to offend anyone.

AV is not related to BP.  2 different families.  Kurtis is the V family.  Tanner is the P family.  The V family lives by the truck sighting.  The P family lives by TH/

Hmmmm.... Hello Kitty:

I didn't say they were related.  Although I have often wondered if they were friends.  Re-read my post, please, when you have time.

 Monkey Devil!

Sorry.  I did.  You are right on the page about who is who.

Hello, Kitty!

No prob!  It was good for you to point this out, because it may clarify things further... also, it slowed me down and made me back up to check my posts... I thought maybe I screwed it up.  However, I think it may just have been a little confusing because of the WAY I posted it.

Shell;
I have also "liked" the page on Facebook. It is a virtual Wall of Hope, place to post messages to Kyron and his family. I see (have seen) nothing that would indicate otherwise.

In regards to when TH left the school? I believe (IIRC) that is one of her versions, so no, we don't know...

Hi all,

Been wondering about this guy.  We talked briefly about him before, when a monkey (Lucky7) posted his signed pic that was on Kyron's Wall Of Hope.  Lucky mentioned the 'boa' that the guy is wearing, and several of us thought that was a snake.  lol  Turns out it's a feather boa.  ??

Anyway, this guy is an "extreme midget wrestler", left his pic on Kyron's Wall, signed it, and below is a link to a pic of that pic.  Hopefully someone can figure out how to copy it, enlarge, and post it here.  Big enough to see?

His 'real name' is Danny Campbell, he's from Portland Oregon, and has been a wrestler for 28 years.
In the wrestling business, he goes by the name 'Nasty Boy'.

He wrote this on the pic that he left at Kyron's Wall of Hope:

"Nasty Boy and his peeps love you Kyron
I pray for you each and every day that u will come home safe and I will be able to let you come and watch me wrestle"

I'm very curious about who this guy is to Kyron.  Seems Kyron might have known him?  It's someone we haven't talked much about anyway.  Wonder if he is a friend of any of the adults in Kyron's life?  Remember the pic of the guy that we thought/think was on his knees pretending to be a 'little person'??  Maybe a friend of theirs or something?  In reading about extreme midget wrestling, I've read where many of these wrestlers are also into body-building.  Hmmm more body-builders!!

Anyway, here's the link to the signed pic at Kyron's Wall of Hope:

Well if you mean an innocent Terri, then the one who is guilty I guess. What are you getting at?

I really think if LE knew who did this, they would make an arrest. By not arresting, they risk that person running off or possibly hurting another child.

There really are not that many parking spaces. I wonder how many cars there were that morning. Terri got there early so she must have gotten a close spot.

Puzzler, MK & Monkeys,

I agree.  If Terri is innocent (at least of the actual murder or kidnapping), then whoever is guilty would want her prosecuted.

However, (I'm ducking and flinching as I say this... please remember that I'm more in the mode that EVERYONE involved is GUILTY until proven innocent) -- two people come instantly to mind:

1.)  James.  If Terri is covering up for James, then even she would prefer prosecution to the truth.

2.)  Kaine.  If Kaine AND Terri are involved in Kyron's disappearance, but he made the first move to cast her as the guilty party, then proceeded to use his knowledge to convict her first when things got hairy?  This makes sense, too.  Especially looking at that email that he sent immediately out to his fellow Intel employees.

Why would he contact Intel legal?
Why would he advise everyone not to speak to the media right after his son's disappearance?

And later... why would he block coverage in Oregon's two largest newspapers?  (He claims it was because he didn't appreciate the way they were treating TH in the press -- WTH???)  Besides, I'd like to check the dates on this.  I think he may have still been blocking them after he filed.
