Oh, this is funny. JP is laying out step by step to the defense how to approach him for more hours for the investigation. He points out that he gave them what they asked for and before he will extend them, he'd like to know how they've used them so far. They are using taxpayer's funds............ they can't be used to "drill for oil" or go on a fishing expedition.

Sounds like there's nothing stopping Casey from calling her loving parents. However, if the sheriff's office determines that the conversation contains more than chit chat and has some evidentiary value, then the call can be released. That's my take at least.

If you have DISH, it is going to be permanent.   Even Fox13 is part of a dispute in some areas.   You might have to consider another provider.
