He did thanks, just trying to get everything done around here before I drop    I yanked the left side out, back, shoulder and leg trying to push my dad further on the chair, thought he was falling out  I'm moving around so everything goes back in place.

Glad he had a good day. No Rose please don't kill yourself and worry your self about your Dad. I know it has to be hard, but you have to think of your health too.

And I asked him about his arthritis and why the doctor doesn't have him on something, of course he made up something  I'm going to find this all out, there is no reason why he doesn't have something so he can move easier.

I don't get the chance to be here often but I keep checking for news on JSM'
wedding.
It will be @ the beach on Thanksgiving.  I've looked but haven't been able to find pic of wedding dress.
It's so exciting to have a Monkey Bride.  Think maybe you're the first JSM.

You are so welcome. Sorry it took so long to post and thanks for saying it is beautiful. If I don't stop eating it isn't going to fit.

  Oh Can, so sweet of you. I will keep saying that... no pumpkin pie for me Thanksgiving and after the World Series I am on a crash diet.  I need to start back skating more than I have so I can get in shape. Will do that maybe ummmmmm next week.

And I asked him about his arthritis and why the doctor doesn't have him on something, of course he made up something  I'm going to find this all out, there is no reason why he doesn't have something so he can move easier.

Seems like his doctor could give him something for his arthritis unless your dad doesn't mention the pain to the doctor.

I'm sure he doesn't mention it, but the doctor should see how bent over he is, but the doctor also knows how stubborn he is and doesn't want to take a lot of pills. Gee I wonder where my younger daughter and myself got all this stubbornness?  Going to go get some more things done

JSM---I forgot to comment on the big "X" in the street.  I didn't know about it.  I think that most people who are alive today were not alive when President Kennedy was shot.  I was.  I remember it very well.

Not only do I remember I can tell you where I was and what I was doing when the news was reported. A group of us were skipping class and were in the Toronto subway at the toll booth. The toll taker had a radio on and we stood there not believing it had happened. Went to my apartment and tuned in a Buffalo station and sat there the rest of the day listening to the American news in disbelief.

Me too and I was also in Toronto.  I thought the person telling me was a making a sick joke.  Canceled everything and spent the weekend hunkered down watching the news reports.  Very depressing and scary, not knowing if it was a huge plot or lone gunman.

Had to have 3 inches let out because it wouldn't zip all the way. Mr Hung told me I was too thick and it was vewy hawd.

I like hearing stories about where people were when it happened. There is a guy on the radio station that went to school with the son of the cop that got killed by Oswald. Kid was at school and had no clue his dad had been shot. So very sad.

Have you checked JC Penney's?  You could take a look online at jcp.com.  Some places also to look for something that would be nice but not over the top price wise would be Dillard's or Macy's, Beall's and the like.  Or you might even find something in a consignment store.  Someone could also loan you a set of pearl's for the "Something borrowed".
