According to Cook, court papers are wrong; he did not have sex with Terri. 

Why would court papers be wrong?  Everyone, including the public knew it was only sexting.

I think he's referring to the RO - it infers "Sex" took place not just sexting.  JMO after reading it.

Isn't the RO "Restraining Order"  (I still haven't read the papers!  Don't wanna!)  -- how could KH use sexting as part of the RO, anyhoo?  I mean, the RO is supposed to protect you when you are afraid for your life.  Was KH afraid he would have a heart attack by thinking of TH sexting?  Those must be some pretty hot sexts!

Peter Bunch said he's asked for Terri Horman calls to 9-1-1, back to Dec 26th.  But was denied by Sheriff's office saying it's part of "ongoing Investigation." He's tried to serve the landscaper, Rudy Sanchez with subpoena for deposition, but prosecutors wouldn't give him contact information because of the "ongoing investigation."  Bunch said Terri called 911 when Sanchez showed up at her house wired "trying to talk to about something".  He also said Rudy Sanchez is an AKA (alias).


Is this something new to anyone besides me?  Had this come up in any of the Scared Monkey research?

I'm confused about the phone records part...not sure how LE could stop her from getting her records unless she is a named suspect?

FCL...you're okay...I just think you may be getting the civil case and the criminal case entwined.  The civil case wants phone records for some reason and in a norman divorce they would get the; however, this is not normal...there is a criminal investigation going on, too.  The state has the phone records as part of the criminal investigation.  Because Terri is not in court on criminal charges, the state will NOT give the phone records to Terri's attorney for the divorce case.  It's complicated.  LE considers the phone records part of the criminal investigation and they are not going to give them up.

Puzzler I get it - I'm just not sure why she would need them for her divorce case?  A divorce that she and her attorney's are more than happy to settle on today???  Go figure. 

Because she's willing to get the divorce over - but NOT the settlement or the custody.

Divorce only.  Postpone custody and settlement portions.

Peter Bunch, Terri Horman's attorney, has been arguing for nearly an hour in a Multnomah County courtroom pleading with judge Keith Meisenheimer to abate the divorce proceedings.

Bunch argued that Terri's fifth amendment rights - implicating herself in possible criminal matters - would be violated.

He maintained that any information gleaned from divorce proceedings would be used as "fodder" for the state in its ongoing criminal investigation.

I just think that her Lawyer said it all.
