Obamacare & the myth about the 'next Bill Gates'

Why would the next Bill Gates or any successful person choose not to innovate because they were afraid to leave their day job due to losing health insurance?

From memory, I believe Americans already had the opportunity for 18 months of health care when they leave their job. So, why would lack of healthcare keep anyone in a job?

There is also private insurance and high risk pools in many states. Also, the laws that prevent you from being turned down in the ER.

So, is this a myth? I think it is. If someone was that smart, I think healthcare would be a mythical excuse for failure due to lack of trying.

Also, just one Bill Gates in 30 years and Obamacare destroys the healthcare of millions?

And, lastly, will there ever be another Bill Gates when Obamacrats are planning to tax away your success? 91% taxation? 100% taxation? Why would the next Bill Gates need that money anyway? Doesn't he have enough with what's left?

Where is the motivation for the next Bill Gates? Government confiscation of all you effort, hard work and money?

I would imagine the next Bill Gates will move or live in Switzerland, land of no taxation.
