What makes me so angry is that a necessary plea deal to avoid the death penalty may have been negotiated.  Investigators were between a rock and a hard place.

Very well could be a deal on the table.  However if they find Zahra then there is some closure for her bio-mom that does not exist in other cases such as Natalee, Haleigh, Adji, Kyron......

HICKORY, N.C. – Hickory police will discuss the Zahra Baker case during a press conference scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m.

Earlier today investigators returned to the Hickory home where 10-year-old Zahra Baker was reported missing from two weeks ago.

NewsChannel 36 reporter Rad Berky said police were searching and digging in the backyard.
