I had read somewhere that she worked in a restaurant as a manager before Kiara was born.
She had done that sort of work before she became educated as a teacher.

Klaas that is what I have been trying to get across , she would not be eligible for unemployment benefits. Does anyone recall her glowing resume that was posted on here a while back. It was on something like linked. I can't find it.

Ok, I bolded parts I thought were interesting. The green type is her college education.....1998-2000,  I have 4 teachers in my family and it took all them 4 yrs to get a degree.

I don't see anywhere she has a Master's degree.  I think she is FOS

Yes he was let go from a job he worked for just under a year. He is my ex, with a big old fat X BTW. lol

I am not sure if she worked or not, I don't think she did either, nor do I think she was getting unemployment but given there are things coming out we didn't know, I am not sure what to trust and what not to.

You know...it's like I said a few weeks back...the more I find out, the more I realize what I don't know!!!

As I ready through this one thing that jumped out at me is she wants to work with elementary age children who have learning type disabilities. These would possibly be the easiest to get away with abusing. She could then blame it on their disabilities. This woman needs to be kept away from children JMO.

There are some industries that allowed unemployment if you can't find employment. We have read she wanted to find a job and was looking, but she couldn't find a job so did that qualify her for unemployment?

I think this one for me is a maybe a lie, maybe not. I think right now there are so many exceptions with unemployment, it is very difficult to say.

I had asked a few pages back if anybody knew if Desiree and Kaine had/has another child together. In the court papers she uses the words "our children" rather then "our child". I know it could be yet another mistake in court filings, but how many mistakes can these people make, lol. I would assume they proof read? So what did she mean by the term "our children" rather then saying "our child"? Her oldest son was not Kaines child, she had a custody agreement with that childs father and he was activly in his life. So the only thing I am left to ask is, did they, could they have/had another child together?

I doubt if, from what I have heard from peeps legitamely (sp) on disability, even they have a hard time getting the payments set up and what would qualify her as being disabled? Unless we know for sure when her last paying job was I don't think we can truly say yea or nay on the unemployment unless it was more than 2 yrs, since 99 weeks is the longest extension I tend to think it's a lie OR she is calling something else unemployment .......although I can't imagine what it could be unless it's something thru a teacher's union and she really held a paying teaching job

The extensions are totally new in the last 2 years because of the massive unemployment.

It would appear that her unemployment would be $500/month as the child support is $500 a month. $500 month is not much so it must not have been much of a job, if in fact she worked at all.
