In all fairness, it hasn't been revealed to us how AB was able to move and take Zahra with him.  We don't know what the situation was with him and Zahra's bio-mother.

Perhaps we shouldn't judge too harshly until the facts are known a little better.

We don't know how AB was able to the leave the country, AU, without parental consent of Zahra's mother.

What we do know is AB and EB were responsible for Zahra's well being and apparently, failed miserably.  If we are going to place blame, it needs to be on the guilty parties~MK

OK, I guess I should mention (sometimes stuff gets lost in print that you can't convey in conversation), that I'm not placing blame on mum for not having found her. I'm placing blame on the fact that the government should have had or found a way to find him. If he took her away, and she had orders, then they should have had a way to find them.

Custodial Interference, Contempt of Court, I don't know how the court's work in Australia.  Perhaps some of our Aussie Monkeys can address this issue and clarify this for us.

Becuase the monies for Zahra were going through the system, wouldn't the amount of the support be on the custody order that AB should have received a copy of?

What I'm trying to ask, I guess is, would there be any way through the child support system in Australia, that AB would have recieved this court documentation on the custody issue?

Also, on their financial disclosure, at least with elisa, they claimed they only received 600.00 a month from Ab's employment and 200.00 in food stamps.

I am curious to know what the amount Zahra's mother has been paying these two clowns all this time which hasn't been accounted for.  This opens up a whole other can of worms- FRAUD.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am thoroughly discusted by these two slobs.

Everyday it's something new.  I can't wait to see what new info tomorrow brings.

It looks to me the way she is handcuffed, she can't do much with her arms..... Looks likes she lost more weight.

So it appears that a lot of people at one point tried to save this child. CPS frustrates me beyond anything, I have to admit that. We read this all of the time in these stories, CPS/DDS was called but nothing was done. WTH and why is this ok?

She's is nothing but trash. How could she beat a child who is disabled and vulnerable? I hope the general population gives her a dose of her own medicine and beat the living daylights out of her, not just once, not just twice but everyday for the rest of her sorry life. That is how I feel about people who seriously abuse little kids, especially disabled ones. Nothing but trash!

My brother is an alcoholic who has not had a drink for about eight years.  Even with the passage of time ... he claims the craving is still there.  However ... when he first entered recovery ... he shared that he would have sold his soul for just one drink.

Could investigators not use Elisa's addiction to an advantage in regardings to the truth encompassing the disappearance of Zahra?
