Oh how I agree with you on this one!! baez has no respect for the law and cares less how he sounds and looks maybe its to cover up his  inept feelings of himself.

Casey Anthony's Last Minute Hearing: Judge Belvin Perry, Jr. Rules!

Great links, as always-thanks!; My [ opinionated ] question is:  Why is Baez an attorney anyway?  He doesn't seem to like following any procedures properly; exhibits implied contempt for taking any direction; and just can't seem to get into the groove of lawyering, --- all my opinion, of course.  But why did he choose this line of work ?????  Does he enjoy making himself look foolish?  Very curious.

I thought Baez was so rude and unprofessional at the end towards JP. When asked if there was anything else Ashton replied, but when Bozo was asked the same question, he barely shook his head. Judge Judy would have ripped him a new one!

Once again, he tries to shift the focus. Had Baez done what was required of him the FIRST TIME, there never would have been a hearing. Baez, you are the reason, once again, for costing the taxpayers. Everyone knows what types of games you are playing, especially the State, so be done with it. Defend your client likes she deserves to be defended.  If you can't, then let Mason take over, step back and try to learn something.

I was curious tonight on just how many cases Baez has gone to court over and what were his %-ages.  Well I stumbled upon this little goodie about our "Bad-az" lawyer, he has failed to pay child support along with starting four business ventures, including two companies selling bikinis.  Just doesn't get any better then this folks to read for yourself check out the American Bar Assoc.  I posted the link to the article below

I always knew they would attempt to use the autopsy to form a natural death defense, but it was not until we dug into this witness that it made sense.

Interesting considering he specifically states his work it not done and he should depose him last.  He is a hookster and I am tired of it being at the expense of a murdered baby.

So disgusting that rather than attorneys making sure that their clients get a fair trial, defense has become let's dig and dig(and manufacture) anything and everything so that we can create doubt in the mind of one juror.

It's an interesting possibility that the duhfense may go for this Chiairi excuse, but as also stated in BOC's article i then begs the question as to why Caylee was then bagged, duct taped and discarded in the woods following a natural death.
Like the rest of their preposterous theories, this one won't fly either.
