Let me think about this.................. Wouldn't we be a "real" media newsource which could make us eligible for a PRESS PASS? If that crazy Huffington Post can have a press pass, I am SURE we should be entited to one.

The Defense complains about what the State has...

I get a laugh out of this one..
"Your undersigned defense counsel and co-counsel, Jose Baez, traveled to Knoxville, Tenn. for said deposition and stayed in a hotel in Knoxville, Tenn., paying all such travel and related expenses personally, without claim to the JAC. One defense team member, Linda Kenney-Baden,appeared by Skype"

Well what a laugh...let's see Mason claim travel expenses when he is not entitled to receive it from the JAC
No Travel costs for Pro Bono Attorneys...isn't that what the JAC's rules are? and the reason for Baden and Lyon removing themselves from the case.
I remember in a recent hearing with Finnel..
JAC said because Baez was privately retained, JAC will not pay travel and this applies to all lawyers he brings on board.

I don't believe KC is entitled to the same EXACT things the state has available to them. I read somewhere that Bozo was asking for FREE copies of the depositions that were taken in Knoxville be provided by the state. WTH?  In court the SA brough out that Bozo personally video taped those depostions, so WHY would he need a transcript? He could have his "girl" type the transcript from the tape HE MADE........

I am amazed more and more what a sense of entitlement this fool has. I remember when he kept whining to Judge Strickland about not getting the pictures and evidence from the body scene and it turned out all he had to do was PAY for them and he wouldn't but kept saying the state was keeping them from him. The state said more than once in court that they had been available for MONTHS and he would not pick them up because he would not pay for them.

On this tape Baez says:

"you and your taxpayer nonsense. You should...you should...You would be amazed, actually the taxpayers are not paying for the Holland trip. No No No..... They are opening up a lab in the United States which is why they were here today."

Now in the Dec 1 motion filed #5 he is asking for their travel to be paid.

Casey Expected In Court For 5:00PM Hearing

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony is expected in court Friday for a 5:00pm hearing in a fight over her defense team's expert witnesses. While 5:00pm is an unusual time for a court hearing, it was the only time everyone could agree on. WFTV.com will be showing the hearing live online
Prosecutors say Jose Baez is not playing nice and has refused to give up more information about his expert witnesses. Prosecutors in the case against Casey want to know exactly what expert witnesses for the defense will talk about when they reach the stand in her murder trial.

Last month, Judge Belvin Perry ordered defense attorney Jose Baez to hand over a detailed list of what his expert witnesses would be testifying too, but assistant state attorney Jeffrey Ashton says that list wasn't good enough.

"This falls short from what the judge ordered both in spirit and by letter," WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said.

WFTV obtained back and forth emails between Ashton and Baez where the prosecutor told Baez to send a more in-depth list. Instead, Baez responded with a condescending tone.

For instance, he wrote next to Dr. Henry Lee: "He inspected the car and was at the evidence inspection and inspected the scene. All of which, you already know".

For Dr. Jane H. Bock, Baez wrote: "Inspected the scene and will testify about botany. Please tell me you knew this."
"This response is almost juvenile in its context and I would expect the court is going to compel Mr. Baez to comply with the court's order," Sheaffer said.

The hearing is expected to be relatively brief.
