90s and 100s  but going to 70 and 60s finally tomorrow and can't wait, don't like running an air conditioner in November.

i am soo frustrated!! i am the only one in the office, have been for awhile, we normally have 4 ppl in our office, i am doing everyones jobs, running to job sites ordering checks and everything, in the last week i have been called and yelled at by the main office (in a total diff state, who doesnt even really fully comprehend what we do here) about 5 or more times and i am soooo sick of it!! last year our office made a little more than half the companies income, we r talking one little office making more money than 4 other offices, who do mainly sales and rental, it has never been that way before, they always make more money.

so anyways we do so much work that we bring on temps we know to help, so every week or two weeks i have to order sub checks (4 for each day worked away from home) and i have been yelled at for not having those ordered on a certain day (which, was never a requirement in the first place) and for doing pay increases, and not having ppl paid in 24 hrs (last time they said 48hrs) and for having injuries on the job (piece o chit in eye, common in our line of work) and the foreman is in cali and i had to sign the paper work, and she sent some dudes check to the wrong addy after yellin at me about not payin overnight fees for checks, and trying to make everyone go direct deposit (we leagally cant require this, so they r punishing temps who dont have it) ughhhh so frusterating!! i wanna go home!


sorry for the rant i am so sick of taking all the blame and heat!!

we have been mid 70's but finally cooled down today and getting cooler this weekend, in to low 50's

Scarey take a deep breath. I sympathize with you and hope things get back to normal soon.

Just got back from the barn because I had to plug in water heaters for the donks and got caught in sleet. Does it get any better than this.
