NRCG, just wondering about your little mouse? Did you have better luck then I did? I hope so. Sorry I didn't read back.

I never come down this way! Sort of like a breath of fresh air....

What I am grateful for today is football is over and thankfully my sons team didn't make the play offs! (shhh don't tell him that though) 5 practices per week and one game is a very huge commitment! I am enjoying being board at least until baskeball begins in a few weeks, then baseball and then football again!

Have a goodnight everyone!

Even with the electronic pest device he is still here and this morning chewed up some of my Christmas towels. The big gun is coming in this morning Dave the Terminex Man, and this mouse better be gone soon. Glad to have you posting here.  That is great about your husband cookie  an angelic monkey  I will be in and out on here again, my dad slept walked last night and to make a long story short we found him a block from our house, so needless to say we were hysterical.

Hysterical....I bet you were that to say the least....NRCG...I would not be able to sleep at night...bless your soul...I know you have to be worried about your dad...is this something he does often?  You may want to put a baby monitior in his room and if he gets up you will at least hear movement....

Thank-you Green Eyes  an angelic monkey

Your welcome. I understand the worry about your dad. When we had my grandmother living with us she would get up in the middle of the night and wander but thank the Lord she never left the house. One time I found her in the kitchen trying to crawl into the dishwasher. To this day I am not sure why. The baby monitor would help to give you a heads up when he left his room.  an angelic monkey

OMG I wonder why the poor soul did that  an angelic monkey  My dad is off his routine here so bad he has a good routine at home, we talk everyday and he just sounds more comfortable when he is at home. We are discussing things that need to be discussed about the house and where he wants to live if we buy the house from him. Making headway with discussions so that is very good indeed. He is now out in the sun, which he loves to do. The baby monitor and an inexpensive alarm that you put on the door and when the handle is touched the alarm goes off.

I am so glad you are able to get him to talk to you about this stuff.    That's a good thing. I know it's got to help you feel better about him.  an angelic monkey

I did the baby monitor with the lady I cared for...our bedrooms were at oppsite ends of the house...I always feared she would get up at night to go to the bathroom and fall  or call me and  and I would not hear her...it does give you a peace of mind. Just a little hint...tell your dad its a noise detector...when you tell older people its a baby monitor they tend to get offended
