The lawyer's letter must have been delivered this morning. There is a message on voice mail from the creep telling me he would never threaten a lady and apologizing if it sounded like he was. He said he regretted the cat being killed and had purchased some cat food and would like to deliver it to me. He has his pack of dogs for sale and will keep them penned up till they are sold.

I called the lawyer and he said to ignore him and not let him on the property that he will call him and once again tell him I just want to be left alone.

PS :Apparently other people had the same problem but didn't want to face him down but when they saw the game warden, animal control and sheriff all arrive they came forward to complain.

        That is wonderful news 4 donks. I can't believe he was trying to be nice after being such a jerk. Glad others complained as well.

theboyzmom: Keeping you and your SIL in prayer. So glad you will be able to make some more memories at Thanksgiving.
Cancer took my oldest brother in 1998, I cherish the time we spent before he went "home". It is still sad though, and I wish you all would not have to be in that place. Your "venting" is another way to be coping, in a place you have friends you trust and will support you. I hope any of us can vent at any time.

  Sorry about your loss Nana, glad you got to spend time with your brother.

My knee is killing me. It has been hurting since yesterday. Exact spot where it hurt before my surgery a few years ago. I don't know if it is the weather or what. I didn't do anything to it. I don't know whether or not to go to my ortho or just suck it up. I can't take those chicken fat injections anymore because I developed an allergic reaction and it swelled up like a canteloupe. I think I will suck it up and deal with the pain for right now.

I am watching...as hard as it is...I will watch...the pain these parents are feeling is so so sad, this is the first time I have felt so unbelievable sad for someone...Mark Lunsford is right you get more time for stealing silverware than molesting a child...what the hell is wrong with our system!!!!!

these parents are soooo gracious in their pain..I don't know how they do it with such grace..God bless them all..It is sooooo hard to listen to their pain. and they totally get how the other parent is feeling cause they have all been through it...

I know..I am still so haunted by Jessica..all of them really...a hole in our hearts is a good way to put it..

I am warm in my house but today was chilly..I was in the play area at McDonalds with 2 grand daughters and it started hailing!  they were excited to see it but grams was not so excited...I hate winter!

JSM, maybe your ortho would inject your knee with cortisone. That has helped me in the past. I am recovering from a total knee replacement right now. I had the right one done in March and the left one 3 weeks ago. I hope you get some relief because that can be very painful !

Okay monkeys rant about the ring. I know someone that knows someone that could get me a deal on the ring he picked out at cost. Ordered it in September, heard nothing, kept bugging said person, kept being told vendor is not responding, then told any day now. Finally deadline time, and was told end of the week. Went ahead and ordred another ring online (from different jeweler) was send email today by said person the ring will be SHIPPED by the vendor on the 26th. (this is after I left a message that I am cancelling the order).. I said too freaking bad, I will be in Florida getting married on the 27th. TOO BAD SO SAD!!! Plus I like the one I ordered online much better.

Stupid JSM is too trusting with people     

JSM is not stupid. What about the original order of your ring? did you pay for it in advance? I would think yes?  Do you have this person's " legal agreement" from his/her website ? Are you going to be out the money for the original ring ordered? or will you receive the ring after the wedding?

Even if you sent a cancel on the ring -are they going to refund you?  Ouch JSM. This is not on you. This is on them, their lack of communication and their lack of accommodation " to you" ..if they knew the ring was not able to be shipped/delivered prior to your wedding date - Is that not on them??

Something is not right .. and its not JSM, its the jeweler  who has shown themselves " not in good faith" ....  for the customer. This is a wedding ring, for god sakes.
It seems it would have some priority.

Good Lord it was 36 degrees when I went to the barn this morning. High today 48 and low 28 tonight. Beela and Jazz are romping outside they love this weather but Mac barely made it off the deck did his duty and came racing back into his bed. He is looking at me now and trying to figure out how to dial the SPCA and report me for animal cruelty.
Furby had her fleece lined parka on and was quite comfy. Everyone stay warm .

Taco is snuggling in a blanket.I got new stuff to make him some new cover this weekend.   
Digger is going crazy outside.He is living this brisk air.Me...not so much.got to dig out a jacket.
