JSM, it is okay if you think I am an old woman who is nice, but a bit daft.
I will tell you, from experience, and from reports from those I have shared this with that it is the BEST cough medicine ever.
Better than any pharma could invent.
It is okay if you just ignore this, cuz that is the reaction of many..............then when all else fails and they are desparate for relief, they try it and voila!  Magic

Here you go:

1/4 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 heaping tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
mix and take by spoonful as needed.

ICKY tasting, but miraculous in effect.  Honest.  I have some made up, wish I could just give you a spoon full.
