Klaas Top marks for the video on all the lying statements by the blobhead boy.   It must have been difficult to know where to stop as there would be enough material for a feature length movie.

And I have added Kimberley Guilfoyle to my list of Fox fauxs - although she is easier to understand than Greta she now has that smarmy Joe popping up on her panel.  No wonder Fox has ceased to follow the Natalee story as I am sure that Joe would have gagged them all, now he has a foot in their door.

dkpen I have had difficulty logging in past two days.  No messages just extremely slow and FP did not load at all a couple of times.  Thought it may have been my ISP but all other websites I go to regularly are OK.  Is there something lurking?

You know, it does seem Taco holds some sway with Fox.  How they have him on to shout and blow and not call him out on the obvious is disgustng. Interesting how he's never on Nancy Grace.  He definately has some control over the robots (sorry Robots, not you) at Fox.

You sure have a varied diet for a Cat.    
Some of the other states do a sort of version of pie floaters by just lifting the pastry top of the pie and sloshing in a spoonful of hot mashed green peas on top of the minced meat when you purchase it.  Not something I have ever fancied but is colourful dribbled down your shirt front along with the tomato sauce.

How does Kemwattie translate to Nadira?
Does everyone on that island have more than one alias?  Maybe they have different names for each language.  All set up to confuse I would bet.

Yea but...Beth was directly quoted about 50 times in the defamation filing. Hopefully common sense is not over-ruled by some legal mumbojumbo in this argument.

Yea but...Beth was directly quoted about 50 times in the defamation filing. Hopefully common sense is not over-ruled by some legal mumbojumbo in this argument.

The attorneys request to dismiss is to be expected.  I'm not surprised at all.  I would have been surprised if they hadn't filed the request.

Beth has never contended there was a connection between the 2 cases.

The basis for filing the suit was that since the Kalpoes chose the forum of California to file a suit, they came under its jurisdiction.

I think it should work.  But I have as much faith in a California judge as I did in a New York judge, to rule in Natalee's favor, which is to say, no faith at all.  Both places have MASSIVE under-the-table ties to Aruba through the entertainment and travel industry, and the money trail will win out. In fact, I am surprised that California hasn't already told Beth to hit the road.
