Yep, the wrongful death suit.  Same as JoeT did with the suit in NY.

Tyler - 2K want the court to dismiss the wrongful death suit because it has nothing to do with California (the jurisdiction issue). So they say.

It is no surprise to me the motion to dismiss....They ALL ask for that - sort of standard procedure.

The Dutch have trouble with suicides also:

From www.expatica.com
Almost 100,000 suicide attempts a year
28 February 2007

AMSTERDAM – More than 400,000 people in the Netherlands reach such depths of desperation each year that they consider suicide. Almost a quarter of those – 94 thousand people – goes a step further and attempts suicide. This has emerged from figures from the Trimbos institute.

The official figures from Statistics Netherlands (CBS) indicate that 1,600 people actually commit suicide each year - a number that has remained stable for a long time. This figure puts the Netherlands at number fifty in the world for incidents of suicide, and somewhere in the middle when compared to the rest of Europe.

But the Trimbos institute suspects that the actual figure is much higher, since many suicides in the Netherlands are registered as traffic accidents or industrial accidents. That is why the institute undertook a survey to find out how many Dutch people really think about suicide. "We held a representative public survey by questioning people personally. The outcome can be regarded as representative," said Margreet ten Have, who drew up the report for the institute.

There's a front page article on the "former suspects", Deepak and Satish.  After reading it and then going to make lunch, I heard someone on Fox News tell us that the Kalpoes, who used to be suspects in the Holloway case, have filed a motion to dismiss the wrongful death suit.  Not sure of the exact wording, but it was definitely put in the past tense.   Evil or Very Mad  Mad  Evil or Very Mad  Mad I think Joseph T-o is behind this.  Heroes don't have to lie, Joseph T-o.

Hi Klaas Computer is up and running again today.  All my own work so I think I am in the wrong job! Laughing  No idea what caused it but have reloaded and using my favourite browser so I am happy again.
The video on Deepak is awesome.  Really hits home to see the lies listed like that.  Hope everyone that visits the FP reads and takes note of what scumbags they really are.
Have a busy day ahead but noted time for prayer chain and will check back later to see if you have needed to give me a second turn.
Be good, monkeys

Searching For The Perfect Home In Aruba

February 28th 2007, Aruba.

ORANJESTAD-The crew of House Hunters was recently in Aruba from Los
Angeles to film their second episode. Leonitt and Adriana Kozlovs from
the U.S. is the lucky couple in search for a second home on the island
and have decided to participate in the program. The Kozlovs were
successful in their classic ballet performance during the 1970's on
Broadway, New York.

The first episode of House Hunters on the island was filmed in 2006 and
broadcasted on February 9th of this year via HGTV. Soon the crew of
House Hunters will be back in Aruba to finalize the second episode. The
second episode will be transmitted in February of 2008.

hmmm...by 2008 Hugo Chavez may be in charge.  Not sure if I'd want to be investing in Aruba right now  Wink
