They just said that one of the guys that allegedly raped Zahra refused to take a lie detector test.

LE is NOT going to be popular with all of America if they made a deal to take away the DP for Elesa, and can't get out of it.

I have to wonder, however, how far they would have gotten without the info Elesa supplied to them.

I go back and forth on this myself...I'm sure finding the loved ones remains brings some closure to the family therefore taking the DP off the table in order to have that happen is a very very hard choice...but at the end of the day it does bring closure.

The difference to me is if LE asked the family if they are okay with making this deal with the devil.  If Emily had a choice, and agreed, then I am okay with it because I cannot imagine how horrible that decision would have been.

NRCG? There was an expert on NG saying that a blood spatter specialist would be able to identify, perhaps, the tools used to dismember by looking at spatter. There was also inference that there was visible spatter on walls and floors and the specialist was wanted to attempt to weave facts from them.

Another interesting possibility was brought up. Perhaps Zahra was dismembered in the tub because they wanted to first wash her clean from any semen so that it couldn't be traced in the event she was found.

Well, it certainly appears she was dismembered in the home and Adam and Elisa lived there. Elisa says Adam dismembered her. Adam says he knows nothing about it, but nobody believes that.

Agreed, Leroy. I also think LE would have had a hard time gathering hard evidence and recovering Zahra's remains without Elisa's help. She actually took them to locations where they dumped body parts.

Oh, I just don't know what to say. Wonder if the tools were ever found? That is the only thing that I can come up with, they dismembered her in case she was found, and then wouldn't be able to find out about sexual abuse

So true Brandi.  I am all for Capital Punishment but lately general population is a heck of alot worse at times!  Either way, I hope she suffers every last minute of her pathetic life!

If I were the owner of the house and property where this happened, I would approach the city with the idea of tearing down the house and making the property into a play park named for Zahra. I believe the city would buy the property from him for that purpose. The lot is plenty large enough for such a purpose, and it would serve the residents of the neighborhood well.

I know CBB it is horrible, just one of the worse I can recall and that says alot! I pop in from time to time because I really don't have the mental strength to follow it. I appreciate your updates.

He hasn't disclosed anything on there that he didn't say on FB.
His GF is Sunflowerfairy.
At least he is using the same name he used on his previous, pre Zahra internet things and he has said who he was, but I don't trust him, nor do I believe him. He was too tight with Adam Baker and they were all on imvu together.

Kat_Gram - I agree.  Someone asked me if I should invite him to SM but I'd just as soon watch it play out at WS.  I don't trust him one bit.  I'd really like to know what he saw in Elisa and visa versa for that matter.

I just want to restate some FB old posts that my helper grabbed from someone.
He was pretty tight with both Bakers until ... he couldn't get his pain meds and he blamed EB.
That was Feb 3, 2010. I don't know if she took the bottle and got herself a refill or took the actual pills, but AY could not get any more for thirty days.
AFTER that, he reported her to DSS writing a two page letter.
AFTER that he tried to contact KB in AU on MySpace, but she wouldn't accept him as a friend as she didn't know him.
He took action against her or tried to because she took his pills.

Now, he was tight with Adam and why did he have to try to get to KB when AB was right there in front of his face ? There is some drug/sex/imvu sick connection that Aaron didn't want broken /they need something from each other. He is doing a sales job on himself and before he is finished over at WS it will extend to AB. He loved Zahra a bit too much for me. I know that is an awful thing to say, but he is an awful person and the crimes against Zahra are awful.

CBB I can promise you Ruthie and Archie and Mark(Marks Parents for those who dont know) NEVER acted like KB and AB for one second. Even when they were accussing each of them during the first 12 hours or so it was very bad very bad but never ACTING LIKE THESE PEOPLE or in Anthonys case. Oh wait... Thats because they didnt do anything and had nothing to hide and just wanted to find her!

I agree with you, both cases are the hardest to deal with, and very hard to let go of. After watching the trial of John Couey, it still haunts me. Two beautiful little girls

I believe you, GrnLizard! That's part of why I feel this case might even be worse (if that's possible). Her own Father participated in what happened to Zahra, IMO! What happened to Jessica is unimaginable and I know her parents had nothing to do with it, and were desperate to find her.
