This would explain EB's quote "we didn't really kill her".  In her sick mind she doesn't think they were responsible, just because she pimped her out to men to be raped but but she wasn't the one who actually killed her.......I am livid!

Now what I want to know is if Adam was involved with pimping Zahra also.

RIP Zahra    There is nothing they could do to these two POS. May they Rot in He77. I knew it was bad but reading the documents makes it worse for me.  There is no way that the POS sperm donor didn't know and help with Zahra's death and dismemberment. May justice be swift for Zahra and if the community takes them out so be it.

Investigators searched a home in Hildebran after receiving information from an informant that 10-year-old Zahra may have been raped there, according to the warrants. The documents allege that two men raped the girl and that one of those men had a relationship with Elisa Baker, Zahra’s stepmother.
Sheriff investigators in Burke County found a mattress with a dark stain on it lying on the ground at the home, which is located on County Line Road, the warrants say. They then turned that information over to Hickory police.

Warrants reveal possible sexual assault in Baker case

NEWTON, N.C. – Police are investigating a possible sexual assault in the Zahra Baker case, according to a 122-page search warrant released Tuesday afternoon. The documents weresealed for 30 days but the deadline passed Monday.

The warrants detail information Zahra's stepmother, Elisa Baker, provided to police. She told investigators where they would find Zahra's prosthetic leg and a mattress she and Zahra's father, Adam Baker, disposed of.

The documents list evidence found at the Bakers' Hickory home, including Zahra's hearing aids, which were found in Elisa's jewelry box. Elisa also told police where they would find gloves and bags related to the dismemberment of Zahra's body.

The warrants also uncover conflicting reports about when Adam Baker last saw his daughter. In the documents, he told police he saw last her Wednesday, Oct. 6, but in a call to 911, he said he and Elisa, saw the girl Saturday, Oct. 9.

The family was planning a memorial service for Zahra on Thursday night but decided to make that a private event at a later date. People can still sign a register for Zahra at the Drum Funeral Home from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday night.

Two men raped Zahra, and may have hit her over the head. I'm really trying to digest this, and trying to figure out if that is true, why did they do that, did they kill her when they hit her over the head? I'm not going to say what is on my mind, but I will say part of it, wonder if this all was being recorded?

What if Zahra didn't die at the house where she was assaulted but instead, EB took her home to the house she shared with AB, she would have been in a very bad way but they couldn't take her to a Dr to get medical help for her, so she was just left in her room where she eventually died?  (I hated typing that)

The big question is how much involvement did AB have in all of this, did he know about the pimping and assualt, did he see his daughter when EB brought her home injured and did he help with the disposal of his daughter? And how do the LE prove his involvement in all of this, they must not be taking EB's word that he was involved.  This is all summation on my part, hope I don't offend anyone.

I knew it was only a matter of time before it came out. That is why I think they dismembered her..to cover evidence of what they were doing.
