CURACAO

Ban performances Aruban artists

December 6, 2010, 13:06 (GMT -04:00)

PHILIPSBURG - Justice Minister Elmer 'Kade' Wilsoe (PS) has banned for Aruban bands and artists in the months December to act on Curaçao. Wilsoe The decision follows the failure of a promised letter from the Aruban government, which equal treatment for musicians Curacao promised. The Aruban government had promised that this letter was coming, in anticipation of an amendment, allowing free access by January 1 will be for musicians and artists from both islands.

In a note through the microphones of Radio Direct Wilsoe Minister stated that he was the Aruban government has given plenty of time to settle this question. "There are so far two meetings have been Aruban Cabinet. The letter was already on 1 December should be, but we still have not received anything. With my decision I especially want an end to the confusion that now exists. Now there is clarity and we know where we stand. "The minister announced his decision is in anticipation of what will happen on January 1. If after today's decision the promised letter still come, this will not affect the decision on December. Wilsoe had this morning about "missing out".

I stand with the girl, Natalee Holloway.

"I can look back over the past 10 years and there were no steps wasted, and there are no regrets,'' she said. "I did all I knew to do and I think that gives me greater peace now." "I've lived every parent's worst nightmare and I'm the parent that nobody wants to be," she said.

Kyle Kingman was proactive in regards to his professional analysis of the ROV footage of the December 30, 2007 observation ... the observation dive when Aruban divers declared the contents of the trap were not relevant to the Natalee Holloway case.  At that period in time ... the ship's sonar/ROV operator/analysis took the initiative of sending six screenshots to the FBI.  Kyle also made an attempt to secure an FBI presence for the upcoming recovery dive.

Absolutely Disturbed

Kyle Kingman - In His Own Words

Kyle Kingman:
If I didn't believe in what I witnessed and what I found, I wouldn't have shared it with anyone, especially on the net.  If I wasn't absolutely disturbed at how things turned out because of the project leads and corrupt officials I would NEVER have taken any action on my own.

Video 2: Dec 30th - ROV and Diver visual-only inspection of trap.  This is the dive Dateline and Tim Miller witnessed, also the dive footage the screen captures I made came from that were posted by Robin at BNH.  I sent these 6 screen shots to the FBI and the FBI only. I was shocked to see them posted.  I thought we had a security breach on the boat from my workstation or a leak from the FBI.  Turns out the FBI gave them to Dave H. after he couldn't get them from me.  After Tim Miller told Dave that we found her in a trap with 99.9% certainty (this is pre-diver inspection), Dave very reasonably requested them from me.  I badly wanted to send them to him, but couldn't.  Apparently, shortly therafter the FBI send the screen shots to Dave anyway, and therefore Robin had them.

Simply Uninvited

Kyle Kingsman - In His Own Words

Kyle Kingman:
The FBI told me they could not send a representative down to us in Aruba unless they were specifically invited to do so by the Aruban authorities. They were simply uninvited.

Kyle Kingman:  The FBI said they needed an invitation. I brought it up to Mos and Richardson and they were talking as if it were a possibility along with a Dutch forensic team. Mos said it would take about 10-14 days to have a Dutch forensic team on site. Never heard another word about it.

It is a given that:

1. Kyle Kingman's revealed posts to a private forum regarding a Persistence betrayal in Aruban waters by John Silvetti should have been investigated by the FBI.

2.  Actual video footage of the three ROV dives encompassing the trap located in Aruban waters should have been investigated by the FBI.

3.  The American crew who were on board the Persistence during the search in Aruban waters should have been interrogated by the FBI.

4.  All pipeline/oil contracts afforded John Silvetti following the Persistence undertaking should have been investigated by the FBI.

Justice for an American citizen demanded it!  Why did it not happen?

Jurisdiction?

Judge Dismisses Holloway Suit
Aired August 11, 2006 - 20:00:00   ET

BETH HOLLOWAY TWITTY, NATALEE HOLLOWAY'S MOTHER: Well, the facts still remain that those are the last suspects known to be seen with Natalee alive. And everybody knows of their repeated lies that they told the authorities, even their father, Paulus Van Der Sloot. That`s why he was arrested. There was a reason that he was arrested in Natalee`s disappearance. It was not unwarranted whatsoever.

And you know -- and being dismissed in New York, it was on a procedure ruling.  Here again, jurisdiction.  We have faced that issue since May 30 of 2005.  Jurisdiction and extradition hve hit us in the face every time.

Does Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez have his Eye on Aruba? Talk about bad for their Economy
Posted February 23, 2007 by Scared Monkeys

If anyone wants to wonder why the US government never got more involved in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and why they did not take Aruba to task, they need only to look to the unstable leader of Venezuela for their answer. Hugo’s actions directly affect American's homeland security decisions.

NATALEE'S STEPFATHER

We Can Fix Her

NANCY GRACE
Aired June 7, 2005 - 20:00:00   ET

GEORGE "JUG" TWITTY, STEPFATHER OF MISSING GIRL: I hope, I pray to God that she walks through that door or that we find her somewhere. I don`t care if she`s, you know, in a crack house somewhere and she`s been drugged up for, you know, seven days or whatever. We can work with that. We can fix her. We can do whatever to get her back.

Just Like All Parents

Loving Natalee - Beth Holloway

Pages 114/115:
Since entrusting Natalee's care to God, I welcome sleep when I can get it.  Nothing in my dreams is worse than my waking hours.  Ironically, sleep takes me out of the nightmare.  No question though, the lack of sleep is having an effect.  After holding it together all day, in front of others and in front of TV cameras, night is when emotions spiral out of control.

Feeling was unleased at the Cross, and it is a being of its own.  It can soothe me, and it can torment me.  It empowers me.  Yet I throw things when I'm alone in the room.  Shoes, Apples from a fruit basket.  Whatever is within reach when the urge strikes.  Sometimes the crying is inconsolable, and I hug the purple duffel bag.  Over and over I just hug it.

When Jug and I are in Natalee's room by ourselves, we kneel and pray together for her, staring at her picture on the bedside table.  We keep the light on.  Just like all parents do when they're waiting for their children to come home.

Another day passes.  And tomorrow and the next day and the next we'll put on our game faces and do it all over again until we find her.

Tropicana Entertainment Partners with UniFocus

7 December 2010

UniFocus today announced its partnership with Tropicana Entertainment to design and deploy a new, robust Guest Satisfaction Survey system in their ten casinos and resorts. The Las Vegas-based company owns approximately 6,000 rooms, 9,000 slot positions and 250 table games across five states and Aruba.

"We are happy to announce our partnership with UniFocus and the implementation of its Guest Satisfaction Survey throughout our properties," said Trent Dang, Corporate Director of Marketing at Tropicana Entertainment Inc. "The UniFocus Guest Satisfaction Survey system will enable us to know what our players think, identify any critical issues and, most importantly, provide the kind of personalized service that wins their loyalty."

The Guest Satisfaction Survey from UniFocus is a comprehensive system that collects feedback about every facet of the casino resort business, and then analytically turns this into actionable intelligence. No stone is unturned: facilities and staff, table games, slot machines and cage cashiers, to F&B, housekeeping and room service.

"We are pleased to announce our strategic partnership with Tropicana Entertainment," said Mark Heymann, President and CEO of UniFocus. "Our Guest Satisfaction Survey is designed to glean critical knowledge about the customer's service experience in the casino resort environment. And this system is built so that operators can clearly quantify where revenue is at risk and improve their success rate in service recovery efforts."

UniFocus' Guest Satisfaction Survey system utilizes customized survey questions designed to distill the most critically important issues surrounding the customer experience, and also includes these vital features:

Real-time alerts to key staff for immediate action.
Critical Issue Reporting – Bubble up the items that are most highly correlated to customers' intent to return and recommend.
Revenue at Risk-See the dollar amount associated with performance; based upon customer's intent to return and recommend, you will know the "cost of quality."
Service Recovery Index-Understand how well the staff is resolving issues by problem type.
Issue Analysis Reporting-Put corrective actions into play per frequency and types of issues.

I Drove Away Not Knowing

Loving Natalee - Beth Holloway

Page 14-15:
On Thursday May 26, 2005, Natalee came into my bedroom at three o'clock in the morning to tell me it was almost time to go. Everyone was gathering at a friend's house for the ride to the airport. My job was to pick everyone up at the airport when they returned on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30, 2005.

While Natalee was going to be out of town, Jug was going to his lake house to visit with his family and friends. In our marriage, the second for both of us, we rarely vacationed together. My son, Matt, had made his own plans with friends for the weekend, so it was the perfect time for me to take a much-needed, overdue trip to my family's lake house in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I had not been there in a very long time. Birmingham is about nine hours away, so it was just too long a drive since moving here to make the trip on a regular basis. I was very much looking forward to visiting with my family. Everyone's plans were made.

In the wee hours on this Thursday morning Natalee and I loaded her things in the back of the car and headed off to her friend's house. It was very dark at that hour, and we were both only half awake. But we did talk some. Small talk. We reviewed what she had packed, going through a mental checklist of passport, cash, camera, sunscreen, and the like. When we arrived at her friend's house, she came to life. The adventure she had been excitedly awaiting for months was finally about to begin. She jumped out of the car and bounced to the back to get her bag. I got out and walked around the car to help her. She gathered her things and looked up long enough for me to kiss her on the cheek.

"I love you! Have a great time!" I told her.

She replied, "Bye, Mom! Love you!" and slung her purple duffel bag over her shoulder.

The bag made her walk slightly bent to its opposite side. I got back in the car as she made her way up the long walkway to the front door. Turning the car around to leave, I stopped and looked back over my shoulder to see her go inside. The front door of the house opened just wide enough for her to slip in. I saw her silhouette in the beam of light that shone from inside. The light narrowed as the door closed, then disappeared completely. It was pitch-black again. I drove away not knowing that would be the last time I would ever see Natalee.

Latest filing in the Kalpoe vs. Dr. Phil suit.  It appears as though the Kalpoe attorneys requested a 60 day continuance of the trial and the judge approved it:

I'm thinkin' the Kalpoes (and/or whomever is bankrolling them) is just setting themselves up for more attorneys fees they will have to pay Dr. Phil. Just what in the hell will 60 days of "new discovery" bring after 5 years?????????
