Actor Owen Wilson Dies in Ski Accident

Sad to hear... this is why i do not ski. I chill on my laptop in the lodge with some espresso...

(Global Associated News)"Actor Owen Wilson is reported to have died shortly after a snowboard accident earlier today - December 29, 2010.
The actor & novice snowboarder was vacationing at the Zermatt ski resort in Zermatt, Switzerland with family and friends. Witnesses indicate that Owen Wilson lost control of his snowboard and struck a tree at a high rate of speed.

Owen Wilson was air lifted by ski patrol teams to a local hospital, however, it is believed that the actor died instantly from the impact of the crash. The actor was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and drugs and alcohol do not appear to have played any part in his death.

Owen Wilson is the latest victim of a sick, FAKE death hoax.

According to yet another gross prank from Global Associated News, “Actor Owen Wilson is reported to have died shortly after a snowboard accident earlier today -December 29, 2010.”

Wilson is NOT dead.

The FAKE report claimed that while at a ski resort in Zermatt, Switzerland, “Wilson lost control of his snowboard and struck a tree at a high rate of speed… Wilson was air lifted by ski patrol teams to a local hospital, however, it is believed that the actor died instantly from the impact of the crash.”

So, does this rumor sound familiar?

It should.

Much like yesterday’s rumor about Adam Sandler having died – and  the same disgusting rumor three days ago about Charlie Sheen – this is NOT TRUE.

Wilson is VERY MUCH ALIVE.

Two weeks ago, there was an equally vile death prank about Morgan Freeman, and this morning there was a death hoax about Aretha Franklin.

These hoaxes have happened many times before.

They’re not funny. They’re not cool. They’re not entertaining.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, Gossip Cop is at a total loss as to why anyone would concoct phony fatalities, and sincerely hopes the only thing that dies out are these horrible hoaxes.

Doing fine.

Been busy making New Years and Valentine avatars. Making new designs each year takes a bit of time and lots of resources and new stuff. I just made several confetti animations today so I don't have to use the same one over and over. Was rushing to make fanny a mardi gras avatar, since she said she would be requesting one, and when I had 3 designs ready for her, I looked it up and mardi gras is not until after Valentine's. LOL It's March 8 this year.

Hi Green Eyes. Hope your daughter is feeling better. Weather is warming up but now they are forecasting rain and storms. Better than ice and snow. It is really strange...most of the snow has melted but for some reason the lower pasture is a perfect white square. The snow isn't leaving there...weird
