I have been thinkign of you and that breadmaker.  I got an icecream maker for Christmas and the first recipe I tried was butter pecan with some fresh cream from one of the neighbours down the road.

Yes everything is 60's complete with beehives hair and brille cream.

Hi everyone...  Just wanted to stop in and shout out a hello.  Northern Rose sorry to hear those Russians were on a roll tonight.  And I know Cookie just bid us a goodnight but maybe she will see this tomorrow.  My grandaughter had this rash that would come and go.  It looked like a spiderweb all over her body.  Mostly her arms, legs, inner thigh, and stomach and sometimes on her face.  She is 8.  Awhile back she had it again, so I decided time to see the Dr.  Well Lo and behold the doc tells me this is 5th wheel disease.  They say it will not cause any real ill effects in most cases.  There is no cure but it causes no damage to her.  Dr. said she will have it on and off probably for her lifetime.  Not contagious unless fever occurs, and then it can be passed along.  I had never heard of such a thing.  I sent her to school and the school called for me to come get her.  Said I must take her to Dr. before returning.  I told them I already did.  Thank goodness the Dr. had given me a print out with info. on this for me to read.  I took it to the school and they accepted that.  It is in the skin rash family, like roseisha.  (sorry for my spelling)   Might have Dr look and see.

Isn't another  name that this goes by Slapped Cheek.  Its a viral rash from the parovirus B-19. Not the same as the animal kind.

geez! thanks a bunch for all the replies about grand baby's rash..I will look up the last 2 ..5th wheel and slapped cheek disease...see if that is an explanation of what she has..very strange..it goes away and comes back..poor baby..

I remember my oldest daughter getting a bad rash and she was allergic to an antibiotic she was given. Also, she and myself get rashes a lot due to allergies.
