Hey Monkeys.Say a little prayer for Sidekick.He is very sick.
To make matters worse one of the other grandma's labs died last night.He is devastated.      Sugar had been with the him all his life.

I am so sorry, I know Brooks' unit had a dog (dog's in Iraq are treated worse than snake here and I wonder if it's that way in Afhganistan) but it sure helped moral, and of of course I had to send dog food in the care packages but it was well worth it. How much longer is this deployment...

ITA, even if it made me the family biatch........I just don't care anymore Aren't you near me regionally...I always think you must be since we have our air conditioner on in late Nov, and this yr even yesterday and it seems as you do at the same time.

He should be back in February. And why does it not surprise me that dogs are treated worse then snakes would be here. I don't know about dogs in Afghanistan, I usually don't ask her any questions about what is happening there, it just makes me angry and upset.

No I am in Northern Texas. But our weather has been very odd this year. MIL lives in Central Florida and we were there in early Oct. Had to stop at the Pep Boys in Pensacola to get work some work done on the car.  They were wonderful fast and reasonable.

I never understood my neighbor's behavior around Josef until an EX muslim told me why they act the way they do in regards to dogs. LOL one time before I knew all of this stuff, I was walking down the side walk and a man and his wife were coming the same direction and he actually pushed his wife in the way of Josef. That was when I asked the coworker why they don't like dogs.

It is just part of their religious beliefs. I don't take offense if someone prints the tenets of my faith. I personally prefer dogs over a lot of people.
