Josef got a bath today, now he is all itchy and scratchy. Hello benadryl cocktail.

closing on the house a week from today..nothing can go wrong now can it? I sure hope not..but nowadays can't count on anything till the check is in our hands! we are hanging pictures tonight at the new place..starting to look and feel like home every day..got my gifts together, found some new furniture today in Chicago and thinking that I might even have time to make some home made fudge before Christmas!
How is everyone doing? this weather is wackadoodle isn't it? we have more snow..hubs still has to move his motorcycle and our little boat to storage! don't know how he is going to manage that in this snow! he says that he has a plan but I don't want to know what it is! lol...
Hopefully I can be here tomorrow more...not even sure what is going on with all the missing children lately except what I hear on NG while putting stuff away...sigh...but the end is in sight..

  What awful weather!!!! Babs I can't believe anyone would drive the mountains in a Ford Escape when they have 4x4's 

I agree, the money they have spent on those vehicles is outragous, they are fully equipped with everything as he hunts and wouldn't take a chance by himself and it cracks me up they won't drive them because they don't want to rack up the mileage....The 250 is 6 years old and has less than 30,000 miles on it.  The jeep is 3 years and has less than 10,000.
Sis is a strange one, shes a Manson fanatic, believes it was all a conspiracy and that they are all being railroaded!  They spend their many trips thruout Ca. going to the places Manson clan stayed, crawling thru caves and the desert looking for proof that they were framed........As I say, do I have to claim I'm related to her???

Hi, Cookie!!   I am so happy you were able to sell your home and I am still amazed. 
Glad the new condo is feeling like home.
It is supposed to be 36 degrees this afternoon.  Maybe your husband is going to float the bike in the little boat down the slushy streets.  If I am right, give me a shout, cuz I want to watch.  LOL
Has your new neighbor been snowblowing this am?  Maybe you could take him some fudge and then you could work your agenda w/ him.  I know there is little I wouldn't agree to for a piece of homemade fudge.

good morning everyone...
no snow blowing this morning yet...as a matter of fact, our driveway hasn't been plowed yet either.
first I have to make the fudge before I can give it away..lol...losing my momentum..
Hubs is leaving work a bit early today so maybe he will put his plan into action on what he is doing with the boat and the motorcycle..

Glad Josef is better    We couldn't either with the clouds, fog and rain. It is still coming down and a flood watch until tomorrow afternoon  Whoever is going to get this storm after it passes through, I sure hope it doesn't dump endless snow for anyone. Hope everyone is doing good today
