Marinade Dave has some of the pictures up that Joe Jordan took, which are in dry land, which is probably why the defense wants these, although they are not where caylee was?  I am so confused.

And according to this post, these items/pictures were taken on Yates Road, not where Caylee was found.  Post found at the Marinade Dave site about halfway down in the comments.

I remember these photos so I just did a search.
The sports top and sandal were found, in a wooded area on Yates Road, August 17, 08.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A hearing has been set in the case against Casey Anthony at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Orange County Courthouse.
The focus of the hearing will be photographs of the area where Caylee Anthony's body was found that were supposedly taken by a search volunteer three months before the toddler's body was discovered.

Anthony's attorneys want Judge Belvin Perry to issue a subpeona to give them access to the photos, which could potentially support the defenses' argument that someone other than Anthony placed Caylee's body there after the area was searched.

The volunteer who is believed to have taken the photos, Joe Jordan, told investigators early in the case that Caylee's body was not in the woods, but he later recanted and said the area was too flooded for him to get to the spot where the body was eventually found.

Jordan's attorney has filed papers with the court seeking to block Anthony's attorney's from getting the photos. Jordan claims the defense has no evidence that the photos, which were posted on at least two crime blogs, were even taken by him.

Anthony has waived her right to appear at Wednesday's hearing. WESH.com will provide a livestream from the courthouse.

I want to know wtf their defense is going to be? (I know they have none, but they must have something in mind to use) ...they know the Nanny did it story won't fly now. If all they intend to do is make it seem like someone else did it....it ain't gonna fly. Jurors will want to know what Casey's story is.

See, I can't understand this either.  If I was charged with a crime I didn't commit, I would be at every hearing.  I would want to know first hand what was being said.  Oh, that's right . . . if it was a crime I didn't commit . . . that let's out momster.

Casey Anthony Charged With Murder In Death Of Daughter

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense attorneys will be in court again on Wednesday, one day after her attorneys were ordered to pay nearly $600 in sanctions for failure to comply with a court order.

Judge Belvin Perry ordered Anthony's defense to pay the sanctions in a Monday hearing, saying the attorneys failed to provide the prosecution with details regarding defense witnesses by a court ordered deadline in December.

The prosecution said the cost to pursue the motion for sanctions was $583.73. The defense team can appeal the amount.

Meanwhile, a hearing in Anthony's murder trial has been set for Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Anthony will not be in court.

I didn't think she had the right to waive her appearance. Wasn't she brought to court one day by the judge's orders after she said she wouldn't be there? I wonder what makes this time differenct.
