Cheney Mason is atty. for Nelson Serrano, accused of killing 4 people.  Mason doesn't call any witnesses!!!  Serrano ends up with 4 life sentences.   Will history repeat itself?

I thought he got 4 death sentences, but no matter...

I wouldn't be surprised if Jar head repeats history, but with Bozo "seemingly" in the driver's seat who knows.
Reading between the lines of jar head's last motion, it doesn't sound like many (if any) of their experts will end up testifying.
The only witnesses who will put Casey in a good light are her (lying) parents and brother. They won't succeed because the State will show they are not credible, and lie about everything.
These @ssclowns have no defense and they are desperate.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- In the case against Casey Anthony, it's clearer now what allegedly caused Casey's lead attorney to have to be sanctioned by the court.

In a motion Jose Baez filed to challenge a $583 fine ( http://www.wftv.com/pdf/26455761/detail.html ), he said bad traffic in Kissimmee kept him from delivering more defense expert information to prosecutors and he claimed the file was too big to fax.

Baez paid the fine January 12.

Werner Spitz may question Dr. G's work, but I question his.  In the Andrea Yeats trial, he single-handedly IMO caused a new trial which reversed the guilty verdict.  (IMO Yeats was guilty as sin, but that's another story.) He testified that Yeats got the idea to kill her children from a TV drama with which he had some connection.  Only problem was, the TV show had not been shown prior to the murders. Bingo! New trial.

He can question all he wants - I guess that's why he's being paid- but it won't go anywhere.
He says Dr G did not 'open the skull' - umm, Dr G did not need to open the skull-  all she had to do was remove the duct tape, with that the mandible would separate and she could look directly into the skull.

Case Against Casey Returns To Court For Friday Hearing
Jury Selection Expected To Be Main Topic Of Hearing

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The case against Casey Anthony heads back to court on Friday.

Attorneys for both sides are expected to discuss the jury selection process at the hearing with Judge Belvin Perry. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. WESH.com will provide live coverage.
May 2010, Perry ruled that an out-of-town jury would be used for Anthony's murder trial, which is expected to begin in May.

Anthony's attorneys had asked for the entire trial to be moved to another venue, saying they did not believe she could get a fair trial in Orlando due to the media attention the case has drawn.

Perry has said in the past there would be a gag order regarding the location of jury selection.

Anthony will not be present at Friday's hearing. The court said no motions are expected to be discussed.

Casey Anthony defense attorney Jose Baez has paid the $583.73 penalty for failing to turn over witness information to the prosecution, records show.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry slapped Baez with the penalty last week after finding Baez in "willful" violation of his court order requiring the defense turn over specific information on the experts.

Anthony, 24, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie in 2008.

The trial is scheduled for May.

Notice the date this was delivered, Jan. 4th....6 full days before the original date and 10 full days before the amended date. 

JP is busy too, Jose, yet he still manages to do his work on time.  See what a difference it makes when issues are taken care of in the proper manner and allotted time?  That notice gave you 4 extra days to read the blogs to see if you could come up with your next motion!

I wonder how many times Cindy wanted to talk to Casey just to encourage her to get a "real" attorney. I guess she wouldn't tell her in the many letters passed back and forth via Baez.(I'm sure he read them before giving them to Casey) If Cindy said anything negative about Baez, you can bet Casey got to read them.

Cindy can't be that stupid to think Bozo is doing a "bang-up" job as a defense attorney, can she????.........
