In searching for info on the before/after school care, I found this video of Angella Davis whose daughter was in the program.  I also have seen articles talking about an Angela Davis having reporters camping out on her property in the early days, and she was listed in the Who's Who here at SM as a neighbor of the Hormans.  She seems to come up a fair amount.  I had not seen this video before...

I can't speak for other areas, but I am very familiar with before and after care at schools I've been involved with. Public and private schools have this available.

In the MORNING, it is a free service. Nearly all schools do this. Children aren't allowed in classrooms before the first bell rings, and they drift into the building at various times. The school would rather have them all in one place, such as the cafeteria, to facilitate supervision. Many of the regular, earlier arrivals are children of working parent(s) who may live near the school but have a long commute and need to get to work on time. Sometimes some of the buses arrive early.

(On a separate matter entirely, breakfast also is available, but it isn't free - works the same way as lunches.)

AFTERNOON CARE -- Might not be as widely available, and is not free. Sometimes it coordinates with after-school activities AT THE SCHOOL, such as chess club, drama club rehearsal, etc., to enable the children to participate in those optional things. There is a "study period" for doing homework, a snack, and indoor activities such as crafts and board games.

Neither morning or afternoon programs include any kind of transportation.

@beejay, At the risk of confusing you (and others) .. CR209 (or maybe CR211) was filled with electrical displays. The before/after school care is in CAFE102. There might have been other electrical displays. I have only been in half the classrooms.

To me this proves that Rudy and Jaime, lived at the same address, shared the same P O Box as well as use the last name Estrada.

Can we definitively add to this connection?

Pacific hwy is also known as 99E, which becomes 213, so the address above (955 S Pacific hwy) is also labeled as 13441 PACIFIC HWY E, Woodburn, Or. Having said that, when I did a search of the address, over 285 names were associated with it. 12 pages of names.

I honestly don't know if they have anything to do with Kyrons disappearance, but it seems the Blink site may think so. I go back and forth with this.

While I'm looking at the associated names, I'm trying to cross reference them with people on the "list".

I'm not sure if I'm going in the right direction, but any direction at this point is worth looking in to. I just want Kyron home.

LE knows what's going on I'm sure, and I would rather look in any area if it's going to keep this thread alive, and keep the attention on Kyron.

I firmly believe that whom ever took him from the school, knew him, and Kyron knew them. I also believe that this was personal.

One other thing, I think who ever took him from that school is getting their rocks off from the attention to this case and it infuriates me.

I believe it was "personal", too. 

Do you think that the person "knew him" and Kyron "knew them" - could that be in a range of very close and personal knowledge to a wide range of possibilities...say someone he would see in his surroundings and maybe said hello once in a while...like a friend of the family that he might see every now and then to possibly school personnel (not talking about teachers) or someone who maybe dropped off a child or children to daycare, someone he passed in the hall every now and then or someone he would see working on the grounds.

To me, "someone Kyron knewo" could potentially be a long list of people.

And I really honed in on the vast amount of possibilities when Sherriff Stanton talked about the hundreds of people LE has intereviewed.  It's almost overwhelming - and I can see why the Sherriff said they had gathered a voluminous amount of information but it wasn't producing results and, therefore, he formed a task force to hone in and wheedle out and become more focused.

So the previous post was a de-stress post.

I've been doing a lot of research these past few days. One thing I wanted to note was the confusion about 955 S pacific hwy, Woodburn, or 971071. If you type that into Google, you will come up with some site's that are related to public property records. When you click on the map, it will show that the address is actually in the 1300's Oregon 99E.

When I did a search of this address on the database I'm using, it of course comes up with an E address. That's because property records on that road are based on the actual hwy itself. State hwy's can be named locally as local roads. Am I confusing you yet?

So what I had to do was go through 285 names and associate them with a public, meaning mailing address, to tie them with 955 S pacific hwy. It's confusing I know, but public records and mailing addresses are two different items, even though they are related.

Bing maps and topography maps are different as far as the municipality is concerned.

So anyway, hopefully within the next few days, I'll be able to tie everything together to make some sense.
