The creator of the popular Bones books and TV series KATHY REICHS is being called to offer expert testimony for the defense in the sensational trial of accused murder mom CASEY ANTHONY!.

Forensics anthropologist and best selling author Kathy Reichs is among the expert witnesses named by Anthony's defense team.

Reich's series of Bones book is the basis for the hit Fox series and she's also an exec producer of the show that stars David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel.

Meanwhile, Anthony attorney Cheney Mason told WESH-TV Orlando that the defense team had 15 to 20 volunteers who say they didn't see the toddler's remains "exactly on the spot" where they later were found.

 This allegation seems to back up defense contention that someone else dumped the child's remains in the woods after Anthony was jailed.

Mason says the Anthony defense team will present a full list of witnesses Friday.

Casey, who is accused of murdering her daughter Caylee, remains in police custody under lock-up.  The sensational murder trial is docketed to begin in May.

I thought on the last expert list the defense submitted they said she wasn't going to testify along with about half of the other experts.

LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES............I want to see those 15-20 people who searched EXACTLY where she was found. Did they use scuba gear?  These media WHORES are making all this up as they go to poison the jury.

If she is going to testify, then they AGAIN disobeyed the judge's orders as she would have had to have her "REPORT" in.

Thanks SEEME. These depositions ought to be very interesting. Maybe the "put up or shut up" for the defense as far as Caylee's remains not being in the swamp since June 2008. I don't think they are going to get any one to swear in court they walked right through the dry area where Caylee's remains were found. 

This is what that area looked like a year later about the same time of year.  It floods every year during the rainy season and stays that way until the fall/winter. Caylee was found in December.

And in this picture you don't see the results of the hurricane they had the year she was murdered, so if you can imagine it being 20 times worse and deeper.

Hard to say Fanny, but I'm sure we will see something they have fabricated.  Yes, one day closer to justice for Caylee.....I find myself getting excited about the upcoming trial. Yes, it's still a ways off, but it is on the horizon, finally.

You are correct......In Mason's motion he stated K. Reichs's opinion was the same as the State's experts. She will only testify if the State's experts change their opinion.
These rags are in such a flurry to print a "story", they don't do any research or read documents.

It says the State taking depositions.  I'm thinking these are searchers, maybe even TES searchers that the DT was talking about??? WS stated these people were all from Florida and there is a Patricia DeCosta who lives in Palm Beach Fl, 50ish.  IDK.....guess we will have to wait and see if it turns into anything. One thing for sure......the State is not leaving any stones unturned!

LDB said at last hearing she would probably finish this week depos of TES searchers that the defense says checked the EXACT spot where Caylee was found, but wasn't there.......yea right.....more 15 minutes of famers! Get a life!
