And so, it comes down to a mental defense in the penalty phase. Look out Spindy and George! An oldie but goodie!

I bet those people on that list wish they had never heard of Skanky or her awful family.     I notice Rick Pleasa isn't on the list.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

Going to that MyClerk site, you can search by lawyer, open cases, etc.  I find it interesting that bozo has only traffic-related cases open, cept for his princess and one other felony for scheme to defraud.

He is so out of his league, based on experience, that I am suprised he is allowed to continue trying this case.  Don't you have to have so much experience before trying a murder case, especially one with the DP as a possible punishment?

He is going to call the ME, the same ME that he is going to get his experts to try and say she did not follow protocol and did a subpar autopsy, as a character witness for her penalty phase?  I don't get this list at all.  Aren't these witnesses supposed to be favorable to her?

I am law stupid, but does this, in essence, mean they are admitting guilt, but that she is bat chit crazy, and should not be fried cause she is bat chit crazy and should not be held to the DP for killing her child?

Casey Trial Pushes UCF Civil Suit Back
Anthony Trial Expected To Bring Extra Security, Attention To Courthouse

POSTED: 4:42 pm EST January 18, 2011
UPDATED: 4:53 pm EST January 18, 2011

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The case against Casey Anthony is pushing an Orange County civil trial back one month.

The civil lawsuit brought by the family of a football player who died against the University of Central Florida was scheduled to begin in May, the same month as Anthony's murder trial.

Ereck Plancher died in March 2008 during drills on campus. His family has filed a suit against the university.

Late Tuesday, the two sides in the case agreed to aim for a June trial date.

The Anthony trial is expected to last eight weeks.
Head UCF football coach George O'Leary has already testified under oath that he knew Plancher had tested positive for sickle cell trait, a condition that can lead to death when a person becomes exhausted.

Head football trainer Mary Vander Heiden has testified she knew Plancher had tested positive, and believes she told him, but there is no written proof.

UCF argues Plancher signed a waiver releasing the University of medical liability, but so far the judge has refused to dismiss the case.

Just last month, Plancher's father, Enock, attended the first and so far only mediation, but the two sides failed to reach a settlement.

These are the witnesses for the penalty phase after she is found guilty of first degree murder. It means she is bat shite crazy because Spindy and George are bat shite crazy and made Skanky bat shite crazy, or that's the story they want the jury to believe. The are all about as crazy as a bunch of foxes. Wave a bunch of money in front of them and see how quick they straighten up.

Supposedly. But looking at the list, I see the possibility of several hostile witnesses on their hands.

Most likely the State of Florida.

So, are they saying she is bat chit crazy and killed her kid, or is just bat chit crazy and did not kill her kid? I guess to me it infers, that they are accepting guilt, if you didnt do it, why would you put on an insanity penalty phase, even if you are found guilty?

If it were me, and I know I didn't do it, I would not allow my attorney to try to color me crazy during the penalty phase even if I were found guilty.  To me, this implies that they believe she is guilty and her being bat chit crazy is why she did it, i.e., killed her kid.

I am just probably delusional and am reading into this more than I should be.

Me too, how bout Amy, are they kidding me?  Her ex's, they have to be kidding me.  Unless, they plan to just ask a few questions like when you saw Casey with her daughter, was she a good mother, and the answer will be limited to yes and no.  They cannot lie, so would have to say what they saw at the time.

Not sure how the ME could help though.

Loved how Ann Finnell signed this one.  Is Bozo on a leash?
