Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

omg, I could go on and on with that list of channels.

For instance, we could ban the Golf Channel cause golf balls might remind the jury of something that George has to hand to his wife to hold for him until she thinks he might need them....................

We could ban the SciFiChannel just because they might see how it is possible for an Invis-I-Nanny to exist in the Science Fiction world and how she possibly could have stolen and killed poor Caylee Anthony, with her UFO.

The home shopping network and the other one should be banned in case they sell Chloroform......

All rihgt, going to bed.  Night.

And they may want to think about the Cartoon Network too.  Might be some cartoon Invis-I-Nannies.

The food network, hmmmm, that might get some of them craving some chili, which we all know the wench got mad at her family for eating on what holiday was it, so that could be an issue too.

Better yet, no TV at all.  Make these poor jurors stare at the walls of their hotel room for 8 weeks, so that Casey can get a fair trial.

It makes me dry heave thinking about all the effort afforded for criminals, when none is afforded to their victims.  Seems wrong to me.  Should be the opposite way around.

That is why, IMO... one should be considered guilty until proven innocent. Our InJustice system is ass backwards. The burden of proof should lie with the one accused and their Council. Crime victims in this Country have no 'rights'...that is so wrong on so many levels.

O/T SWEETMORGAN, I see you up there. I wanted to thank you for the nice thing you said about me the other day.

Oh Fanny, Thank you!  You are one of the Monkeys I enjoy very much! You bring a little lightness to a very hard sad case.  Can you believe that the trial is less than four months away.  Finally, justice for precious Caylee, yea

I'll bet it is.  She says, "I completely trust my own judgment I know that I made the right decision. I just hope that the end justifies the means." "This is the happiest that I have been in a very long time." It certainly would speak to her coldness and narcissism.  I think that would be a powerful piece of evidence if they can prove she wrote it in '08.

Ereck Plancher trial date adjusted to avoid Casey Anthony trial
Wrongful-death lawsuit filed by Plancher family against UCF expected to go to trial in June

By Iliana Limón, Orlando Sentinel
8:11 p.m. EST, January 18, 2011
The pending wrongful-death lawsuit filed by the family of UCF football player Ereck Plancher is expected to go to trial in June.

The trial was originally scheduled for the first two weeks of May at the Orange County Courthouse, but UCF and Plancher family attorneys agreed during a case management conference late Tuesday to pursue a June trial date to avoid going head-to-head with the start of the high-profile Casey Anthony murder trial scheduled to begin in May.

Plancher, a 19-year-old freshman wide receiver from Naples, died March 18, 2008, after an offseason conditioning workout on the UCF campus supervised by coach George O'Leary and his staff. An autopsy found that the stress of the workout triggered Plancher's sickle cell trait, a blood disorder that attacked his organs and caused his body to shut down.

Enock and Giselle Plancher, Ereck's parents, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the UCF Athletics Association and the UCF board of trustees March 12, 2009.

UCF has repeatedly called Plancher's death a tragedy and contends staff members did everything possible to save his life.

Yes, ma'am, she does.  LDB not only writes with style, she backs it up with appropriate case law.  (Something the defense might want to consider when dealing with by-the-book Belvin Perry.  Nah, it would mean they'd have to work instead of whine.)

The last I remember hearing about the journal....C and G said the journal was with Conway, leading us to believe that it was inconsequential. Of course, nothing they have said has been true and was only to mislead and take the heat off Casey........but now I wonder.  Oh I hope this is about that entry!!!!

Casey Anthony Diary Entry

June 21

POSTED: 11:22 am EST February 18, 2009
UPDATED: 3:12 pm EST February 19, 2009

The following is a transcript of Casey Anthony's diary entry. It was released with other evidence by the state attorney's office on Feb. 18. The entry is dated June 21, but it is unknown when it was written. It also includes "03" in a facing page, which the defense says means it was written before Caylee Anthony was born.

I have no regrets, just a bit worried. I just want for everything to work out okay.

I completely trust my own judgement & know that I made the right decision. I just hope that the end justifies the means.

I just want to know what the future will hold for me. I guess I will soon see -- This is the happiest that I have been in a very long time.

I hope that my happiness will continue to grow -- I've made new friends that I really like. I've surrounded myself with good people -- I am finally happy.

Let's just hope that it doesn't change

Exactly my first thought. It gives me hope the journal will be entered as evidence. I am one who thinks the writing was done in 2008 and Spindy did some of her usual tampering. I know not everyone agrees with this but I do think that is what happened.

IMO this doesn't sound like a "17" year old girl's writings.
The handwriting from the journal compared to her love letters KC wrote in jail are the same. KC's handwriting over 5 years would have evolved and would be obviously different.

Is this possibly for the journal.....to see if Casey did write that entry on '08 and not in '03?  Hmmmmmmm

That's what I am thinking......I could be wrong.
The last I remember hearing about the journal....C and G said the journal was with Conway, leading us to believe that it was inconsequential. Of course, nothing they have said has been true and was only to mislead and take the heat off Casey........but now I wonder.  Oh I hope this is about that entry!!!!

And why give it to your attorney for safe keeping if there was nothing to hide?

IDK.....it just seems strange that IF the State was going to use this as possible evidence, why would they let go of it?  Did they let go of it?  We only have C & G's word on this......which means nothing.  Would the State need to show the actual journal or would photos suffice, at trial?  Other than the checks that Casey wrote, this is the only thing I can think of that this witness would be used.  Of course, we don't know everything yet!
