Is this possibly for the journal.....to see if Casey did write that entry on '08 and not in '03?  Hmmmmmmm

That's what I am thinking......I could be wrong.

The last I remember hearing about the journal....C and G said the journal was with Conway, leading us to believe that it was inconsequential. Of course, nothing they have said has been true and was only to mislead and take the heat off Casey........but now I wonder.  Oh I hope this is about that entry!!!!

And why give it to your attorney for safe keeping if there was nothing to hide?

I think that was Spindy just throwing her weight around. Did we ever know if the LE took that journal?? I think the only person that said she had it was Spindy and she gave it to Brad Conway. Was it on the list of things taken during one of the search warrants?

She Believed her, past tense.  Sounds to me that Cindy no longer did at the time of this program.  Another slip!


Here's where Cindy DOES accept that Caylee is dead.   Starting shortly after 2:05  "No, in fact at that time, I still, you know, still believed, still had hopes that Caylee was alive."

Well, I watched all of them and now I have a headache.

The food network, hmmmm, that might get some of them craving some chili, which we all know the wench got mad at her family for eating on what holiday was it, so that could be an issue too.  

Better yet, no TV at all.  Make these poor jurors stare at the walls of their hotel room for 8 weeks, so that Casey can get a fair trial.  

It makes me dry heave thinking about all the effort afforded for criminals, when none is afforded to their victims.  Seems wrong to me.  Should be the opposite way around.  

That is why, IMO... one should be considered guilty until proven innocent. Our InJustice system is ass backwards. The burden of proof should lie with the one accused and their Council. Crime victims in this Country have no 'rights'...that is so wrong on so many levels.

OT: Murder trial starts for the man who beheaded his wife, as he claims, in self-defense, after luring her to the TV station to bring him his laundry, with the 2 kids in the car waiting for mommy to come back out, after he had bought 2 swords that day, and hits her from behind stabbing her multiple times, then chopping off her head. Oh Fanny!  You do make me laugh!!  I know, it may or may not mean a darn thing as we have no idea what this expert witness will be testifying about.  The only thing we do know is that the State does have photos of the diary and the entry that we/I question.....and BC's word that he has/had possession of it at one time. The last thing he says about it is that if the defense wanted it, he would hand it over.  It's anybody's guess as to where it is now.

I also liked it when Cindy corrects George, saying that, yes, he does too talk to Casey.  George's reaction is priceless ....and Cindy just sits there, all proud of herself.  She is there to set the record straight, after all!
