Hey, Monkeys, just a thought about the Shovel borrowed by Casey from Brian Burner.  It seems to me that one of the key questions that needs to be asked, and maybe it was, and I just didn't see it, is, "Did Casey ever borrow a shovel from you before? Is this the one and only time it ever happened?"  That seems like the most pertinent question---Caylee was never missing before, and NOW the shovel is borrowed.   What do you all think?

I believe it was the first and only time Casey borrowed a shovel from B. Burner.

Anthony Not Expected At Monday Hearing

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A hearing has been set in the case against Casey Anthony for Monday at 4 p.m.

Judge Belvin Perry is expected to take up a new request from the defense for more investigative hours.

Attorneys are expected to call in for the hearing. Anthony will not be present.

Defense attorneys asked for an additional 300 hours in a motion this week. If approved, the hours could cost taxpayers up to $12,000.

Anthony was declared indigent in March. A state agency now doles out funding for her defense.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The case against Casey Anthony will be back in court this afternoon where her lawyers will once again ask for more money for investigative work.

Anthony's lead defense attorney, Jose Baez, and the Judicial Administration Commission will be on the phone for the 4:00 p.m. hearing. Anthony will not be in court.

The defense is trying to get money for another 300 hours of investigative work. This will be their third request for more cash.

Anthony, 24, is charged with first-degree murder in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie. She has pleaded not guilty, claiming a babysitter kidnapped her toddler. Caylee was last seen in June of 2008, but she was not reported missing until a month later. Her remains were found in woods near the family's home in December 2008.  Anthony's death penalty trial starts in May.

Morning all.  I will be missing court today, so hope you all post some good stuff.  I think you should wear DUCT TAPE TO COURT TODAY.  Wouldn't Casey love that?  I would love to see Bozo's face if all the people in the court room had some duct tape somewhere on them. Maybe instead of a ribbon, a ribbon made out of duct tape?  Sounds morbid, but really would show that this is about Caylee Marie.

Fanny, if I may ask, what are those things on your monkey's derrieres that look like baloons?  For some reason, I was intensely studying your AvI, and could not figure out what they were.

I'm so jealous of your jammies that I have been looking for some flannel with monkeys on it to make me a pair of my own. This winter up here has been the coldest I can remember since we moved up here 8 yrs ago.

The Casey Anthony defense team will return to court today to seek additional money for investigative costs.

A hearing is scheduled at 4 p.m. to discuss a defense request for approval of 300 hours of investigative time, worth about $12,000, spent on the case.

Anthony was declared indigent last year, making her eligible for state funding. This is her legal team's third request for more investigative hours.

Anthony, 24, is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie, in 2008.
She is charged with first-degree murder in the death-penalty case.

Good morning!   Between taking care of my furbabies & now my granddoggie for an extended stay (Trigger, silky Terrier) I'm getting ready for HAMMER TIME!    I'm personally grateful that this one is at the end of the day.   Rainy days & Mondays...we dont get along & certainly not after a week of icky weather.

I cannot wait to see what Bozo & Foghorn's demeanor will be today after getting it handed to them, I'm not anticipated either will have wised up.

One of KC's friends had left a roll of duct tape in KC's car after a party. I don't remember if it was Annie or Amy but I do remember that being brought up in depositions.

There are quite a few things they have not released yet. I think Bozo knows the FBI labs are holding back some evidence but there is nothing he can do about it because they don't come under the court rulings if they are "still processing" it. They don't even have to list it.

I think it was Amy, but I doubt if she had the high temperature commercial tape that was found in the Anthony's shed. Amy used hers in theatrical work.
