I do to Sassy....need some new info to keep us on point....Justice for Caylee ...do love to see that they finally admitted Dr. Lee would not be testifying....that came as no surprise. The newest motion for more time is a joke.....however I'll JP will give them some extra time....'in the sake of justice and to ensure the case goes to trial in May'....you know I almost choked typing that!

I think they will get the extra time, too.   Does anyone know if Koby is still going to testify for the defense?    He was named in the beginning but we haven't seen much of him for a long time.   I'm glad Dr. Lee is out.

good question Sassy.....I haven't heard his name mentioned in months....he was not on the last list I saw...but I'll check...they keep dropping like flies....guess they weren't too happy to be working pro bono after all

I'm so glad Wee Wee is gone, but not surprised!

They all had tons to say when they were making their rounds on the talk shows, but now that it's time to do some actual work, and barely get paid, they're all "too busy", or "not in the country", when truth is, they have nothing to offer that will help the duhfense, IMO

Makes me really mad that for 2 plus years, they've been spouting their "KC is innocent" crap, and most won't even be called at trial!

Yep and she also says that it was the men in Casey's life that forced her hand. So even this nut knows Casey killed Caylee.    Next!

Never, in any case I have followed, have I ever seen such whackjobs as I have with this one, and it just keeps getting better and better!

Makes the time go a bit quicker, waiting for the next freak to pop up!

Why is Bozo attempting to be secretive about Dr. Werner Spitz, we already know he's willing (not the first time) to dispute Dr. G's autopsy.  He plans on making a federal case of the fact that Dr. G did not split the skull to find something she already denoted without having to.   Whateva, go on with it...the rest of your experts are tainted hires in this case & others...doesnt seem like the defense has much of anything.   Considering the witnesses willing to claim there was no flooded water are recanting and/or not willing to go that far under oath, you'd think the debris found in the skull Dr. Spitz is trying to say is significant toward Caylee being moved after Casey was incarcerated becomes rather moot.

I was kinda looking forward to Dr. K and Dr. Lee testifying so that the prosecution could make mincemeat out of them...a sidebar guilty pleasure not to be taken lightly because the priority here is justice for Caylee & it will come.

Anyway, paragraph j is interesting, as Baez says he "fully anticipates" being able to comply, blah blah, and to me it sounds like he's HOPING to somehow get a hold of this guy, especially since "he believes Dr. Logan's schedule is simply the issue".

Bet ya he's dodging Bobo and hasn't a thing to say! Course, I could be wrong.

Also, paragraph 2, talking about Miss Anthony, gag, being indigent has limited the experts ability to be all together. Well dang, 2 years ago, they were all together crying about not being given access to the crime scene! Why can't they all get together now, now that there's actual work to be done?!

Sassy you got dressed!  LOL  May can't come soon enough! Hornsby is still saying he expects a last minute plea deal....I can't see KC pleading to LWOP and I can't see the State offering less...JMO
