THREATENING CALL TO AMY TO DROP CHARGES


I swear the voice on the other end of the phone sounds like old tube socks!! You know, the one that did battle with the lady's sign and lost. 

I think it sounds like tube-socks too! No doubt LE did voice analysis on the call.
Maybe he got immunity for this crime/stunt for his (truthful) depo with the State.
Not sure if tube-sock's definition of truthful is the same as the State's though

You got that right!   I wondered about this when the journal first came to our attention.  Additionally, logic dictates that the entry itself would have her at age 16 if it was written in 2003, even if mature for her age the context of the entry appears not plausible.   At 16 you are not making major life decisions that you hope are the right ones, obviously those decisions cannot be made by a teen on their own technically.
