I just finished re-watching this. At the end it says the State did not seek the death penalty.  Maybe the new one will be updated?

I hopped in the way back machine...and I found where we were talking about the journal.
I was admiring Boo's avi and noticed she commented on Brad turning the journal over to LE.
She said it was in document 2.That's all I got.

Instead of making a good name for himself he spent all his time tryingt o make this case go to his advantage  not for casey's behalf but his own. I too wonder why he is still practicing law and that is all he is doing because he doesnt even know law. I will be floored if he let to keep his license.
he needs to go he has done so much wrong! he so reminds me of sylvia hernandez she had no boundaries or ethical boundaries! I can bet she let casey do more than she is willing to admit and robyn too of course.

arrogant baez once had a dream team his head was so swollen from arrogance! now all but one have jumped the bad ship casey and bozo. He realy thought he was flying high! appearing on geraldos show and his boat!!
He was all over the tv circuit!! with lyons and baiden and now what all he has is one broken down hhorse that has long ago needed to put out to pasture.
I wonder how baez is feeling now! does he feel like a fool does he realize he is sinking in quicksand!  he has too right?

We're going to go through this whole trial ... providing she doesn't plead out at the last minute ... and regardless ... if JB has conducted himself unethically during the course of his representing her ... she gets a new trial right?

And to me ... this Conway interview, while not stating it in black and white, certainly intimates that all involved know JB has posed some untruths before the court.

Glad I'm not a FL taxpayer ... but I do feel for those of you who are.
