As far as Dr spitz saying no evidence of murder.  I beg to differ.......Most folks do not wind up dead in plastic bags in the middle of a swamp, nor do the have duct tape across theie mouths/heads.  Jus sayin.

Defense attorney spin & hype....those that feel the need to be media hos especially.  I realize its very aggravating to put up with their poking holes with no regard for the victim BUT it only makes them look bad in the process, IMHO.  I agree with everyone else, a toddler doesnt die from an accident & then get buried with duct tape wrapped around & tossed like trash.   Even if the duct tape could be explained as an act of guarding against the elements (prosperous but its been debated), a body would be fully buried and not in a trash bag as well....this is not what transpired in this murder.

This article by Hornsby et al was their answer to LB being totally discredited & Bozo getting in hot water yet once again...shifting the storyline for ratings & face time.

My answer to all these sleases is 31 DAYS....you cant unring the bell.

So, now what will Sylvia do for work?  Would McDonald's hire her?  I would assume this shows up on a background check and even though McDonald's does not do background checks (at least when I worked there a zillion years ago they didn't), she would have to report it under the section where you have to report if you have ever been charged with a crime, no?  She was not charged with a crime, but IMO, this is pretty serious blip on your employment history.

That download site is confusing. You have to wait a certain number of seconds for a free download. Then you are allowed to download the file.

Windows Media Player, VLC, MPlayer, RealPlayer and WinAmp all will play .wma files.
