Jury Rights Group Prepares For Legal Battle

A jury rights group is preparing for a legal battle with Chief Judge Belvin Perry, of the Casey Anthony case, accusing the judge of violating their first amendment rights. The judge wants to by ban them from handing out pamphlets to summoned jurors. (2/3/11)

I don't know.  Where do people get the ideas they get these days.  I never thought, oh let me make an organization to inform prospective jurors of their rights and let me stand outside courthouses and hand out phamplets.  I don't know what is on the phamphlet though, so I don't know. 

The pamphlet is reported to have included previous cases & has a large influence on giving advise to potential jurors in a manner that could be perceived as jury tampering.  I also see a problem with these flyers being an easy way to sneak in messages regarding a present case if each and every hand out is not inspected.  I cannot comment further without seeing the pamphlet itself or the ruling BUT I'm pretty sure this attorney representing this group doesnt stand a chance of prevailing.

Wow not sure if this was brought up before but Cindy Anthony asked Laura Buchanan to go on Good Morning America to be interviewed about her tip not being followed up on..The reference can be found in the 11-17-2010 depo of Laura Buchanan on page 41 line 5-11...

I am not shocked, as soon as I began reading the call & first depo I knew Cindy was in the thick of this along with Bozo.  Tampering, lying, fabricating, probing....true justice for Caylee would be to put her grandparents in jail right beside their murdering monster.

Update on Bobo's house foreclosure status.  Interesting that on 11/05/2010 it states "affidavit of inability to determine military staus".  Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but it sounds like good old boy Baez may never have registered for selective service. Or, is it possible he has claimed some sort of veteran status to secure a low interest mortgage? Oh, this could be rich, I don't know what the penalty would be for failing to register with SS, but if he's claimed some sort of military service, when he's never served, he's in deep doodoo. Among fraud charges, he could be prosecuted under the "Stolen Valor Act." Wonder if he could be deported? A girl can wish, can't she....

I thought I've read everything in this case, but don't remember seeing this particular email before. Weren't there others from Casey, showing she worked there, from a fake Universal email?  Notice the email address from the HR person, it's from yahoo I apologize, if this is old info and I missed it.

I went back and looked at the timeline to check Casey's movements during this time frame and looked at what she was up to prior to 12/18/07. I found this:

Timeline for period from December 2007
4 – KC owes $814.00 on her cell phone bill.
6 – KC transfers $814.00 from CA’s BoA money market savings acct to KC’s AT&T account to pay phone bill.
14 – CA transfers $331.75 into BoA money market acct to cover remainder of KC’s bill and $35 overdraft fee.
KC writes $115.93 check at Target on CA’s acct.
KC writes $143.17 check at Target on CA’s acct.
15 – KC writes $90.81 check at Target on CA’s acct.
28 – KC writes $110.01 check at Target on CA’s acct.

So it appears that one of Cindy's major confrontations with Casey about money took place during December 2007. After paying a whopping $800+ for her cell bill with Cindy's account, it would appear that Cindy found out about it on Friday, Dec 14 and transferred money into her account to cover Casey's fraudulent charge. I'm no psychic, but I am guessing that was the weekend from HADES for Casey. I would guess that Cindy demanded to know why Casey stole, Casey came up with some BS store about paycheck disbursement woes at Universal at the same time her bill was due, Cindy called her a liar, and Casey produced these emails to "prove" that she had to take the money. Up until this time, I always thought the fake Universal emails were just an attempt to refute any allegations Cindy made about her suspicions over Casey's employment. But now I think this was perhaps the 1st of 3 confrontations that ultimately resulted in Caylee's murder. It would appear that Casey was confronted again 3 months later in March (and as Maura pointed out looked up the "neckbreaking" searches) and 3 months after that, in June 2008.

Im in the process of looking over this situation, from what I have ascertained so far is that this pamphlet is attempting to lower the standard of what a jury should consider toward a guilty verdict.  I'll have to pause to get ready for the hearing but I found this interesting picture of a group peddling the pamphlet that I found interesting.   So far, I see no way that the judge's ruling will be overturn.

Just heard on In Session on trutv that Amy's deposition is scheduled for Feb. 14th.  They just had to spoil her Valentine's Day.  Anyway, I'll be looking forward to reading that one.
