Judge is inquiring about May 4th, Wed.

That will be the date if you have any objections to the venue location that either side can raise.   CJBP has not decided on the date the ultimate decision will be made.  He is still doing research regarding choice of a location, he hasnt found one yet...he's now smirking, "but I am going to give you an opportunity to object."

Bozo about to put his foot in his mouth again.

Bozo is attempting to influence the judge because he is still pushing that HIS preference as to where this trial should take place be the location...IMHO, he has a better chance of seeing satan sooner than later.
