Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

Don't ask me how I found this, because I am supposed to be working, but I was googling something (I cannot remember what, maybe Tim Masters cause a show was just on on him) and found this lovely blog.  This person is pro-Casey.  She is using the Tim Masters case and saying it is very like Casey's case.  Baahahahaahahah.  Anyway, there are a few people who think she is innocent, besides her family and some friends.  Scary world huh?

SORRY! I can only quote a post by typing above it....... 'puter problems.

I just wanted to chime in here. I've always felt that this point was the weakest aspect of the prosecution's case. It's a very, very strong circumstantial case and any reasonable jury shouldn't have a problem seeing Casey's guilt. However, since the defense really doesn't have anything to work with, I'd bet they'll hone in on this point. If I were charged with defending Casey, I would do my best to pose this question: "What shows beyond doubt that Caylee didn't die accidently and Casey panicked out of fear about Cindy's reaction and just disposed of the body?" I know, I know........ the computer searches are a problem and you'd have to figure a reason Casey would use the duct tape under those circumstances, but I don't know of anything else they have.

Jury selection will be so very important in this case. They simply have to have a jury of REASONABLE people! I believe they will and I believe Casey's going down. I do not, however, believe she'll get the Death Penalty. I think the point missing to achieve that is not being able to prove with tangible evidence exactly what caused Caylee's death. JMO.

BBM

The duck tape!!!  Why would Casey duck tape Caylee's face if this was just an accident?  Triple bagging her and dumping her in the swamp would have sufficed.  There was/is no need for the tape.....except it was the murder weapon.  I believe that whole heartedly at this point.  moo Edit to change red color to blue.  MB

This is the truth!! Duct tape was the murder weapon and I do hope that the state pursues it so..well stated!!  This is what I think will get her the Death Penalty.

Belvin Perry grew up in Sanford, as the only child of a single mother.

He went to Crooms Academy, but didn't make it past the 10th grade. It came to be his one greatest regret.

He left school to work in the celery fields, worked as a waiter and soon became one of Orlando's first African-American policemen, chosen for their respect among the black community.

Perry and five other black police officers patrolled the black community and had little authority elsewhere in the city. They were given neither guns nor patrol cars.

Its more about his father and some about him.

Assuredly because of his background, he brings a dimension to the bench that is needed and effective.  What a man . . . a fine example of all of the parts making for something really good.  I have no idea if his mother is alive, but wherever she is I am sure she is so very proud.  I would be proud to call him a friend and colleague.

Bozo & Mason ought to take lessons from Judge Perry how to be a gentleman and human being.

Instead of acting like this.

New Ethics Complaint Could Cost Casey's Lawyer
Posted: 4:20 pm EST February 2, 2011Updated: 4:28 pm EST February 2, 2011

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's lead attorney, Jose Baez, was hit with another ethics complaint. This one is so severe, he could lose his ability to practice law if it proves to be true.

Kathi's back, Kathi's back . . . Sheaffer also says Conway should have reported this unethical lying to the court to the proper authorities . . . yipes! "spill over" is what Mr. Sheaffer calls it! yipes again!

And Kathi's back with a bang! Bozo must be sticking pins in a KB doll about now. Go Kathi!

Fanny:
Last night when I posted I was asking if you thought this newest Bozo bar predicament would be brought up @ Fri.s hearing.
I don't know how that got screwed up ( was gonna say misconstrued~but don't want to sound like an Anthony).

No one has to ever concern themselves with offending me. I have very thick skin and am not easily insulted.
As a matter of fact, I have to control myself, at the risk of offending anyone here, because my humor is very sarcastic and open to misinterpretation by certain personalities.

According to Kathi, in the last part of the Bill Shaeffer interview, she says she learned that it WASN't BC that complained to the bar. If had to make a guess, I'd say it may have been Marke Nejame, who works in the same building as BC iirc.

Hmm, I could be confused about them working in the same building. They merely represented the same client at one point. I think it was Lee's lawyer that worked in the same building as one of them.

It was in the last minute and a half. Part of a last minute question Kathi asked after the main interview was over. There could be residual consequences as to credibility with the court for BC if he didn't take steps to get Baez to correct his misrepresentation, according to Bill.
