Bobo says he needs time to do research and determine that there are no issues with venue and in order to do that they need time to object

Bobo said the judge can not deal with this case as any other case as it is not....it is different

Mistake, CJBP has presided over many a DP case prior to this.  It is not advisable to condescending & preaching to a Chief Justice.    O boy, he has just put the judge on notice that he plans on objecting pretty much no matter what.

CJBP:  "Would you prefer that we pick a jury here in Orange County"    OK by that I am taking that CJBP is not going to entertain much from the defense regarding this issue.   here it comes...

JP - does case law not say regardless of all the research you bring the appellant court would look at all the questions you bring and the answers they bring the key is despite all they have heard or read that they have not formed an opinion?

JP speaking to Baez as if he is a child.

Guess that's the only way to get through to him.

I'd venture to say that not only in the State of Florida BUT nationwide, the only place that there hasnt been a ton of pretrial publicity in this case is where the devil resides.

Bobo - our craft is always evolving and this is a different case and we may find an appellant court that will hear this.

The elephant in the room is WHAT Bozo's criteria is for a valid venue. It's got nothing to do with pretrial publicity. Just demographics of a certain type.

He also wanted a community preferrably with an ethnic similarity to himself, egotistical B thinks that would have an influence...another boo boo on his part considering the "Zeneida" factor & frankly overall the vast majority of the public paying attention to this case feel his client is guilty as a babykiller.

Even though Bozo got extensions he didn't deserve, this was pretty meaty for a status hearing. Especially loved Bozo being made to look ridiculous by JP over and over again! Monkey Devil!
