Services for Rudolph Harold Norwood, 68, of Dunn will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home Chapel in Snyder with the Rev. Norman Burgess with the Dunn Baptist Church officiating.

Burial will be in Dunn Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

He died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2001, in Big Spring.

He was born Dec. 9, 1932, in Tallahassee, Fla. He married Renee Nail on Sept. 24, 1968, in Big Spring. He was an auto mechanic in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years. He was a member of Dunn Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, Rudy Norwood Jr. of Odessa, Colton Norwood of Sand Springs, Charles Norwood of Magnolia and Matt Taggart of Abilene; three daughters, Carla Norwood of Snyder, Christi Adkins of Colorado City and Debbie Cargill of Mountain Home, Ark.; two sisters, Rou Meil Greene and Jean Shields, both of Tallahassee; one brother, Morris of Tallahassee; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Could you please correct my post upstream to change Shanna Ostrander as Billie's sister, to Billie's sister in law and add Roger Ostrander as Billie's brother. Thanks! I checked out Shanna's FB tonight further and found that Titch is correct in her findings.
Sorry for the mistake. The dynamics of this family is confusing!
Also this is the couple (Shanna and Roger) that Hailey talked about babysitting their twins. One of the twins (girl) is pictured on Hailey's personal FB profile. She looks allot like Hailey, IMO.

I am curious, if BJD is originally from NM.  Why?  I could not find a Texas, BR for BD. 

The Lubbock Newpaper, Obit, Archivies, only go back to 1993- I was not able to access the Obit for Mr. O. I do not know if this gentleman is related to her or not.  I believe BD's brother, is born in TX, and the brothers middle name may be Dean. Curious... Please correct me if I am in error.  TIA

It's not mentioned there but I know I've seen somewhere that he's been in jail for a long time--and thus, why he's not in David's life.
