It's not that Baez HAS to go to traffic school, Baez Elected the Traffic school option instead

You have to submit the info that you elect traffic school to the clerk of court and you must have the course completed in a certain amount of time...
Your speeding ticket is reduced when you elect Traffic School option..

I still don't see the experts reports filed with the clerk.....deadline yesterday at 4pm.
Even if they were given directly to the prosecutors, don't they still have to be filed with the court????

Well, the suspended license is certainly one issue that shows Byazz's disregard for the law, but another post further down on that same thread disturbs me even more. It confirms the suspicions I had a few weeks ago when it came to light that there were questions about Jose's military service in the foreclosure documents. Above bolded by me. Intelligence analyst my a$$!!! If Byazz actually made such claims on his resume, then there is no doubt in my mind, or in the eyes of the law, that he can be prosecuted under the "Stolen Valor Act."  To the men and women that have honorably served their country and to the family members that support them, this is a huge injustice in their eyes. I would know, I'm one of them and I am really pizzed off....can you tell? BTW, I have a family member that served as an intelligence specialist, so I'm really doubly po'd...valium kitty please!

Yes, procedure is to file with the court, copies going to opposing counsel (& other party listed attorneys, if applicable).

So they actually expect Kathi Belich to rebut witnesses regarding Laura Buchanut, opps I mean Buchanan as well as having some sort of testimony regarding inmate Maya Derkovich whom the State has decided not to call as a witness...hmmm    Don't they realize that even if the State does not call witnesses that after the defense calls them the State will get to cross?  Do they actually expect Kathi Belich is going to be helpful to their case, hardly...this is beyond absurd.   What are they going to do attempt to force her to reveal sources next...come on now!

The slam they felt appropriate regarding Kathi's name is just too immature to comment further on...and so the H what she has another name, what are they implying that she has aliases in secret, that she really is a report by day & a harden criminal by night?   Seriously WTF!

I know this, they barked up the wrong bush with her once too many, this will end up backfiring on them very poorly as well.   Dumb move, even if just from a PR standpoint, really dumb move.

I seen on a  t.v  show! I dont know if it was 48 hrs or another! but anyways a similar situation arose with a man bragging about his credentials and medals he won in the military! I am trying to recall the whole story but am only able to recall bits and pieces. The man was making himself look like he was a high official. I think it could have been  greed scams but not sure! my point is he was  prosecuted under the stolen valor act. I hope they follow through! and is the bar aware of this maybe someone should put a bug in their ear! when is he going to be held accountable for anything?
there seems to be no end in site for all his illegal/lying claims and doings.

Hubs and I are in Orlando..last night we went by the A's house..it was dark so we couldn't see a whole lot. It was very tidy.nicer than I had expected.  No one was about at the house that we could see,,no lights on inside or outside.  Made me sad to see where Caylee lived. I am going back next week during the day to see it better..busy the rest of this week or I would go sooner..
