The elephant in the room is WHAT Bozo's criteria is for a valid venue. It's got nothing to do with pretrial publicity. Just demographics of a certain type.

He also wanted a community preferrably with an ethnic similarity to himself, egotistical B thinks that would have an influence...another boo boo on his part considering the "Zeneida" factor & frankly overall the vast majority of the public paying attention to this case feel his client is guilty as a babykiller.

Exactly what I was thinking too Capp. He is gambling it all on playing the sympathy for the first Hispanic blah-blah card, against the Man (State of Florida). I think he is underrating the Hispanic populace however.

ORANGE CITY, Fla. -- Attorneys in the case against Casey were back in court Friday afternoon. Since it's a status hearing, Casey did not have to be there.

I loved how at the end JP told Bobo to give him the name and number of the director of that lab that the DNA was sent to.  Me thinks JP is going to do his own checking on the status of the DNA.

Oh well, too bad. I liked JSS but I'm so happy we have JP!  Like today, when he let it known that he is doing his own research, on several topics.  I don't think JSS would have done that. Just a feeling I have.  JP is thorough, which is why he knows the laws. I got the feeling he already has his answers to the FRYE hearing issues....because he has done the legwork himself already.  moo
