NOTE:  Remove the space after the bracket.  Had to add the space so it would show up.

I think I have strep. Going to the dr later. My oldest has it so probably I do too. No biggie, tis the season.

Yes, I saw your last post, I just haven;t responded til now. Very sorry. You see, I don;t think Shawn came right out & said Hailey could be found in Scurry County. Notice how it's worded in the article, as well as the affidavit. I think investigators were questioning him during the poly, such as asking him if he knew where Hailey could be found, and Shawn showed deception when either replying no or maybe not saying anything at all but a nervous reaction occurred. Then investigators could have seen that he must know something about where Hailey could be, and that his pings suggested he was near or in CCity, so they started questioning the surrounding counties. When touched upon Scurry County, his poly showed a positive indication. The affidavit doesn't specifically say that Shawn said Hailey could be found in Scurry County, plus right before that he showed deception, then they resumed questioning when trying to find an area and his poly showed a positive indication Hailey could be found in Scurry County...then it says he walked out when they tried to pinpoint the location within Scurry County. Hope that makes sense.

When given a poly, the polygrapher concentrates on yes or no answers. When the subject is comfortable, they start talking more. The polygrapher makes note of it and looks at their peaks & dips. It's not always a yes or no thing. The poly tracks their anxiety within, as well as their outward appearance with regards to sweating, nerves, etc.

Something else that I'm wondering, and only by playing devil's advocate here, if there was a bad drug deal that happened in Scurry County, could that be why Shawn showed a positive indication she could be found there? Maybe he was thinking that a drug dealer from Scurry County took her?

Again, devil's advocate, I think Shawn is the culprit.

I don't want to mess up this thread, I'll have to figure it out. I'm hesitant to load all this stuff onto my photobucket, bc look at what just happened to Klaas' a/c. I've saved alot to my comp to be on the safe side.

Janet..if you see this, I would like to say that I really appreciate how you consistently clarify things .....there is so much going back and forth that sometimes it boggles the mind..And then you bring forth the article or quote so that it refreshes my memory or clarifies. I've also made note of how you did it, compared it to the one I did & looked at your coding in the quote. I see on YouTube where you can get the old embed code and pull from it. So, now I know something new... Also noted that you can change the sizing of the video.

To me, this goes well beyond an explanation of a fascination with horror movies & vile music lyrics.  It exhibits a propensity toward violence & an individual's racism...much like Billie's "dark boy" comment.  History has already smacked us in the face with murderers who are fixated on this dark side of humanity, such as the Columbine murderers, John Ditullio, etc.

Often Shawn's facial expressions are very disturbing & its my strong feeling that the evil within him is visible.

Thanks Janet, the video is very creepy and his facination with true crime being a hobby??? I have loads of true crime books, but I don't go running around in masks with knives. The guy just gives me the willies.

I'm wondering just how far the apple falls from the tree.

Klaas, or somebody that knows, how old is Shawn's brother? Is he of age to sleuth bc I saw in some of the old videos that were in Klaas' old Photobucket Shawn's brother getting high.

I also saw some interesting things on his MySpace a/c.

Most importantly, in those videos, if his bro was underage & getting high and/or drunk, the people "of age" should pay a penalty for aiding & abetting. Since everyone in that particular video were doing bad things, even if the vid is a year old, the statute shouldn't run out bc of a child being involved. What would be the statute of limitations on such an issue in the state of TX?
