No kidding!!    that's 7:45 am my time.....I take little ones to the bus stop at 7:55 so they need to be QUICK!   or very, very slow!!

WFTV Corrects Jose Baez Complaint Story

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- CORRECTION: A spokesperson from the Florida Bar Association says a grievance filed against attorney Jose Baez does not concern misrepresenting facts to the judge in the case against Casey Anthony. Channel 9 had reported the case did concern misrepresentig facts to the judge. The spokesperson said the grievance against Baez dealt with “ethics or misrepresentation.” The spokesperson also confirmed Baez had been informed of the complaint filed against him. The Bar refused to say who had filed the complaint.

For the second time, Casey Anthony's lead defense attorney, Jose Baez, is being accused of lying in court to a judge. This time, however, it's dealing with the tax money paying for Casey's defense.

Hi loca...they are referring to the FL TAX MONEY that is paying for KC's defense (JAC)...it was a bit confusing the way it was stated.

That is great!  Thanks Samarie.  We are buried in snow here, but I have to believe Spring is coming soon.  These status hearings for the most part have been lengthy so hoping I will catch some of it.

UGH, I hate early mornings!  Just think when the trial starts we'll have a few months of early rises to get ready before listening to a day of testimony....then again I'll probably be waking up with bounce in my step which is normally not seen because it will be one day closer to justice for Caylee!
