They keep referring to an hour long meeting between Yuri Melich and Casey in the house that night, Linda has also said things that make it seem as if it may have been taped.  I know, I have never heard anything that came from that house that night.  I wonder if there is another tape that we haven't heard that they want included?  Does any of this make sense?  Do any of you remember an hour long questioning between Yuri Melich and Casey that first night at the house or is that something new?

I do remember the recording......don't have a link at the moment. IIRC correctly they asked her (KC) if she wanted to change any of her prior statements......she said no.

I have a feeling that "hour long meeting" is something the defense made up because Linda was referring to the tapes and the logs of all of the officers being available, then giving the transcript to the defense. The defense had evidently not read it before because Mason said it would take some time to read it and the judge said he could read it over lunch.

I missed the testimony of Cindy & George as I was away from my desk- did anyone tape it so I can watch it before the hearing starts again?

Cindy and George are both still hung up on the "no amber alert" issue.
They still don't "get" the 31 days......

Their skank-@ss daughter is on trial for murder 1, facing the death penalty, and they are complaining about an amber alert.....Stuck on STUPID is all I can say

They knew then and they know now that there was no need for a missing person report much less an amber alert.   The fact that they ALL put in their written statements on July 15th that the last they ALL saw Caylee was June 8th-9th and then had to change it after Melich (to Cindy's angst) discovered it was June 15th visiting great grandpa it became obvious that they all were in cover up mode...which by all definition makes them all accessories after the fact & obstructing justice. 

To make it worse after that was disclosed the story completely changed to "Zanny the nanny" ripping Caylee from Casey in broad daylight at Jay Blanchard Park with her sister and other children in tow...no need to expound further, right?

Thanks so much.  I have heard that interview before, remember parts of it perfectly but I guess, I had always thought it was done in the patrol car.  I never knew it was done in her bedroom.  The way she lies so easily, with made up names and dates gives me the creeps.....always too many details.  Who knows everyones middle names and so much personal information?  Yuri gave her so many chances to change her story and tell the truth, I can't imagine how they sit so calmly and listen to her lie.  It is eerie to hear her lie so easily.  Absolutely diabolical, Caylee deserved so much more.

Did I understand correctly that at the beginning, did Baez want to confront the contempt issue but Judge Perry said no, we're going in a certain order and it can wait till later? I heard Baez say something about it being a personal attack he wanted to get out of the way? Was that about his defying court orders? I hope that happens today.

Does anyone besides me think that is a weird gesture?  My dad was a very kind, loving man, but I can't imagine him "blowing me a kiss" as a public spectacle like that. Do other people's dads  blow them kisses as adults?
