There is no requirement to give an individual their Miranda rights when they are being considered a person providing information....this is embarrassing!

Officer informed kc she could just inform her if she wanted to stop or go home.

Asked if she believed kc was trying to help find Caylee. Yes. Mason said she was in your custody...do you believe she was in custody?  No. She was in the car but not in custody or under arrest. Once she was home she was permitted to go about her business. Did you recollect her being detained at a certain spot while at home? No.

No more questions.

Mason asking about opening the door and letting kc get out and point at anything. She pointed from insdie the vehicle at the apartments. Didn't let her out to talk to Fletcher? No. After arriving back to the house did she go in too? Yes. How long in the house? SEveral times that evenig in the house. Were you there when Melich was there? No. You don't know if that happened at all with Melich? What happpend? Questioning her in the bedroom? No.

LDB again...explaining Fletcher was there to investigate, not kc. Kc pointed at the apartment, Fletcher went to where she indicated. She verified where he was standing that was the spot. That was it. The purpose of the visit was over after that.

Mason again...did Fletcher read her miranda rights? Plbhttttt.

Pimp, preen, pull at her clothes, smirk, smile.  I'd be a basket case if I were her.

If they're dudes, probably for their protection. She's been locked up a long time now.

Oh Lawd...I just had a thought. I hope no one asks her to tell the camera how she feels after this or I hope she will maintain the silence she finally has been doing. Every time she does that I feel like we've been thrown up on. ick. I wish someone would shut her up by reminding her she's better off than her poor granddaughter was treated and still is being treated by her own grandparents! That's one nasty woman. It was nice to watch Linda make her uncomfie today! Linda did so good!

Look at her with Mason now during the recess, acting all of the know & defiant.      It appears she is disputing what was just testified too, give it up Casey.

Hey, Monks, just stopped in to "see what condition my condition was in"...  My mother is very ill, hospice called in, COPD, just a matter of time now. I've been over at her house for the last three weeks, 18-20 hours a day. Came home to shower and check in real quick.  Did Judge P. really tell George to be quiet?  Casey looks really scary to me.  Cindy looks like she's been packing on the poundage.
Just wanted to say, when my mom goes, she'll have me holding her hand and telling her I love her.  I wish Caylee had had at least that...

Linda did a goodd job not giving them a lot of wiggle room to victimize themselves through testimony based on "their truth" which are lies.
