Is it just me, or was Baez laying out the case for the prosecution?  No apartment at Sawgrass, no job, 31 DAYS, why not just color (using your best crayons, Jose,) a big sign saying "SHE DID IT!

OK, so from what I gather so far, Baez is trying to establish that Casey was interrogated before she was read her rights and therefore nothing she said should be allowed at trial. Is that it in a nutshell?

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony is in court Wednesday for a hearing on several motions in the case. Casey walked into the courtroom at 9:05am, wearing a red sweater and dark slacks. She was accompanied by her lawyers. Casey's parents were both on hand to testify in the hearing.

I was on Fox 35 and on their blog people were just amazed that bozo was laying out the case for the prosecution so well. LOL  Since he wanted all those statements kept out of there trial their is no reason now to have a hearing on them as he has already brought them into evidence. Geeshhhhhhhh   stupid is as stupid does

I agree Monka! He was trying to assert she wasnt mirandized but set up the prosecution case.. he is a doo doo head

I think bozo "thought" he would trip Yuri up and all he did ws get smacked down time after time. Bozo is NO match for such a seasoned detective.
