There was no need to read her her Miranda rights as she was the mother in a missing child case. The don't read u your rights until you are officially arrested. At that point they were just looking for a missing child not even looking @ her in the murder.

I was on Fox 35 and on their blog people were just amazed that bozo was laying out the case for the prosecution so well. LOL  Since he wanted all those statements kept out of there trial their is no reason now to have a hearing on them as he has already brought them into evidence. If he can get everything she said thrown out because she was a suspect and interrogated without being mirandized (sp?), then it won't matter that he laid it out today at this hearing.  JMO.

She was Mirandized after her arrest, at the station if I recall correctly.

The defense has failed to establish what they wanted to up to this point, miserably at that.

But Yuri said he never mirandized her, so hopefully somebody did when she was placed under arrest.

He is ready what she is taking down verbatim, technology advances have it in real time.   His laptop is tied into her system so he can read the testimony as it occurs.
