Hobby ? Whatever ! I am so angry I cannot see ! I am steaming, and Billie has repeatedly stated that she was a "good" Mother ?
Perhaps we use different dictionaries to define the word, "GOOD."

She and Clint are planning to go to a trafficking rally on Sun., and she plans to speak ?

Depends on the content...but they should be bringing this to the DA pronto to charge him and Billie (the memory stick was in her bedroom dresser drawer of her home that her 2 minor children resided in) for child pornography.   What would be interesting to see if one rats out the other from jail if either or both are also responsible for what happened to Hailey.

I wonder if child services was aware of this during their home visit when IMHO they strongly suggested to Billie that David live elsewhere.   I will say this, he is old enough to have a say in his future but after this justifiably she should never regain custody of him.

Hello Carrie and Monkeys,
I don't follow this case but someone emailed me to let me know that Carrie's character was in question. Sorry Klaas but somethings I just refuse to stand by and stay silent. I have to post this, no disrespect to you.

Nobody has the right to question the intentions of Carrie. She is an upstanding person, she was the best advocate for her beloved Amber and is now sharing her compassion with other families. She is #1 in my book and I will debate, argue and ram that point down anyones throat who says otherwise.

Carrie you forever have my admiration and support. Love and prayers to you and your sweet, beautiful angel, Amber. I am a better person and a better mom for being involved in your daughters case and for knowing who you are.

Now back to the task at hand, find yet another missing child. Hailey is lucky to have such attention. I pray you all find her very soon.

Good, she is too sincere & gracious to be blindsided by this.   She has been fair minded hoping Billie was not involved in Hailey's disappearance which is commendable.  Its been my humble opinion all along that all efforts to find Hailey should be made but on the other hand a waste of time, effort & resources to support Billie...no apologies for that opinion either, the woman is beyond repulsive!

Texas Statues on Possession Child Phonography

§ 43.26. POSSESSION OR PROMOTION OF CHILD
PORNOGRAPHY.  (a) A person commits an offense if:
      (1)  the person knowingly or intentionally possesses
visual material that visually depicts a child younger than 18 years
of age at the time the image of the child was made who is engaging in
sexual conduct;  and
      (2)  the person knows that the material depicts the
child as described by Subdivision (1).
   (b)  In this section:                                                         
      (1)  "Promote" has the meaning assigned by Section
43.25.                   
      (2)  "Sexual conduct" has the meaning assigned by
Section 43.25.           
      (3)  "Visual material" means:                                                 
         (A)  any film, photograph, videotape, negative,
or slide or any photographic reproduction that contains or
incorporates in any manner any film, photograph, videotape,
negative, or slide;  or
         (B)  any disk, diskette, or other physical medium
that allows an image to be displayed on a computer or other video
screen and any image transmitted to a computer or other video screen
by telephone line, cable, satellite transmission, or other method.
   (c)  The affirmative defenses provided by Section 43.25(f)
also apply to a prosecution under this section.
   (d)  An offense under Subsection (a) is a felony of the third
degree.       
   (e)  A person commits an offense if:                                           
      (1)  the person knowingly or intentionally promotes or
possesses with intent to promote material described by Subsection
(a)(1);  and
      (2)  the person knows that the material depicts the
child as described by Subsection (a)(1).
   (f)  A person who possesses visual material that contains six
or more identical visual depictions of a child as described by
Subsection (a)(1) is presumed to possess the material with the
intent to promote the material.
   (g)  An offense under Subsection (e) is a felony of the
second degree. 


Punishment  for second degree felony is imprisonment for a period of
not less than two years and not more than 20 years, and a $10,000 fine.
